The paper shows the regularities of polymer substances transformation into methane by extracted thermophilic anaerobic bacteria. The sequence of substrate use by the methane generating bacteria corresponds to the energy efficiency of the methane genesis reactions as in the first place hydrogen is used and then acetate is. Combined cultivation of extracted different anaerobic cultures gives the opportunity to increase ethanol and hydrogen yield as well as the effectiveness of methane formation.

Content of TBA-active products in rat’s blood plasma was investigated during the Guerin carcinoma development and introduction of cis-platine and cluster Rhenium substances with organic ligands. It was shown that Rhenium substances had essential antioxidant effects and changed the dynamics of a tumor growth. It was drawn the conclusion on importance of further in vivo experimental investigations of the Rhenium substances with cluster fragment and organic ligands in an organism of changed redox state.

Influence of tryptophan on the tyrosine aminotransferase and arginase activities in a rat’s liver and on the degree of erythrocytes peroxide hemolysis under oxidative stress induced by cobalt or mercury chloride was studied. Tryptophan restricts to arginase activity increase after the both salts introduction. The cobalt chloride intensifies erythrocytes hemolysis. The tyrosine aminotransferase activity increased in all cases. Possible mechanisms of the tryptophan action under conditions of oxidative stress are discussed.

It was found out that in addition to lactic acid the lactic bacteria, isolated from different natural sources and sour-milk products, produce some substances having antagonistic activity towards a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms. The gain of antagonistic properties was often noticed for the lactobacilli but seldom for coccal lactic bacteria. At the same time the antagonistic activity depended on the strain and cultivation conditions.

These work contain a review of basic hypotheses and experimental information in relation to the problem of antibiotic synthesis regulation by the bacteria of the Streptomyces family. Data on cluster organization of antibiotics biosynthesis genes in these microorganisms were generalized. The examples of the positive and negative specific control of antibiotic production genes were resulted. Except for it, proofs that confirm participation of a few genes of more high level in the process of initiation and expression of antibiotics biosynthesis genes also were found. In this connection А-factor role in the mechanism of cascade-organized process of streptomycin biosynthesis control, some other antibiotics and spore determinations is discussed in detail.

Under experimental conditions the changes of cord dorsum potentials (CDP) of a spinal cord (SC) of cats were explored. Mechanical activation of the skin (S) and peripheral nerves (N) was made separately or simultaneously. The activation leads to a skin generated potential (S-CDP), which parameters correspond to second negative (N2) component of N-CDP. The activation of a major hair in the skin produces potential confirming an N1-component of N-CDP. The amplitude of all components of S-CDP is less than of all components of N-CDP. Shift of an activation point of the skin upwards reduces a stage of latency and duration of S‑CDP, however voltage of this potential is enlarged. The initial activation of a nerve carries out a long-time (up to 3 sec) decrease of S-CDP. It is testifies to antidromic influence of depolarization of primary afferents on dermal receptors. Our data sustain a principle of somatotopic representation of dermal zones in SC.
