Биосинтетические характеристики мутантного штамма streptomyces recifensis var. Lyticus 2р-15 в присутствии экзогенных аминокислот

The effect of exogenous amino acids on the biosynthetical activity of rifampycin-resistant strain 2P-15 was studied. Added to the cultivation medium of mutant 2P-15 the optimal concentrations of amino acids (50, 100, 200 mcg/ml) inсreaced a synthesis of protein, biomass, activity of staphylococcus-lytic enzymes and productivity of the strain under conditions of the subsurface fermentation. All investigated amino acids increased the stimulating activity of mutant sfrain 2P-15 by 2.0–3.7 times.

Гематологические показатели двухлеток карпа в условиях гербицидной нагрузки

Influence of different chemical herbicides in a concentration of 2 MAC (maximum allowable concentration) on changes of the basic haematological parameters and formation of adaptive reactions of two-years-old carp is presented. Mostly rapid and pronounced urgent stage of the adaptive response is formed under the influence of Zencor. The gradual development of the long-term adaptation was launched by Roundup. 2, 4-D reduced the following blood parameters: the haemoglobin level, colour index, erythrocytes’ haemoglobin content, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). That is the evidence of non-formation of adaptation.

Аловиди гризунів групи sicista «betulina»: просторові взаємини з огляду на концепцію лімітувальної схожості

Spatial relationships of “small” species from the group Sicista betulina in the territory of Eastern Europe are investigated. It is shown, that species have ranges of distribution which are not overlapped. New findings support continuous range of S. strandi from East-Russian Highland to Northern Caucasus, and border between two species pass through watershed of the Oka basin and the Don basin. Correspondence of parapatry to lower level of ecomorphological differentiation of species is shown: Hutchinsonian ratio for craniometrical characters of allospecies reach just 1,03 (with maximum 1,13). For exterior characters, HR in sympatric pairs reach value 1,37. As a whole, wide sympatry among “small” species of Sicista occurs just in cytogenetically most different forms, that close the loop strandi–betulina–subtilis–severtzovi. All the data confirm a concordance of biogeographical, ecomorphological and cytogenetical levels of differentiation in studied mammal group.

Вплив фронтьєру на активність ліпоксигенази зерна кукурудзи на ранніх етапах пророщування рослин

The change of lipoxygenase activity and intensity of lipid peroxidation process under action of different concentrations of the Frontier preparation during germination of the maize grain was investigated. The close correlation between lipoxygenase activity and the level of lipid peroxidation products content – malonic dialdehyde – in the plant organs were ascertained. It is supposed, that stimulation of lipoxygenase activity and fast lipid peroxidation is a common response of plants to the influence of xenobiotics.

Частотні параметри масових потенціалів спинного мозку при ритмічній стимуляції шкірних нервів

Frequency parameters of cord dorsum potentials (CDP) of a spinal cord (SC) at a rhythmic stimulation of cutaneous nerves with use of Fourier-transformation were studied. It is shown, that the spectral characteristics can reflect modifications of a composition of CDP in reply to frequency stimulation. The work of systems of a regulation can be estimated by changes of amplitudes of CDP. The management modulation finds the reflectance in change of the local maximums of spectrum of a Fourier-image. The changes of efficacy of generators systems can variate frequency characteristics of packs of impulses in nervous canals. The found phase alterations in spectra of signals testify to a possibility of phase modulation use by nervous system at the time of the sensory information encoding in spinal cord.

Влияние некоторых антикоагулянтов на динамику концентрации сахара в крови коз

Dynamics of the content in the goats’ blood (at the instant the sample was taken, and then after 3, 6 and 24 hours) under influence of 4 anticoagulants (sodium fluoride, sodium citrate, heparin and complexon III) were studied. Long term storage of the blood samples resulted in the glucose level decrease. It was mostly pronounced under the sodium citrate treatment.

Carbonyl components content of aquatic plants’ surface lipids has been studied. High concentration of oxo-compounds in surface lipids of aquatic plants has been shown. It could reach 60 % of total value. Sufficient heterogeneity of surface lipids has been demonstrated. Unsaturated character of oxo-components in aquatic plants’ surface lipids has been assumed in the present work.

Возрастные изменения морфофункциональных свойств слизи и энтеральной нервной системы желудочно-кишечного тракта млекопитающих

In the review questions of changes of mucus structure and protective properties of mucosa as well as those of enteric nervous system (ENS) of mammalian gastrointestinal tract are discussed at aging. The resulted experimental and clinical data testify to presence of the various mechanisms providing reparative properties of mucosa. Enlarged susceptibility of mucosa to disturbing factors observed with the years is connected with changes of mucosal prostaglandins amount. Neurodegenerative processes in ENS strengthen with the years, thus various types of neurones are exposed to various kinds of degenerative changes. The causes of the latter remain insufficiently investigated by the present time.

The influence of combine herbicide Dialen S, cadmium and their complex action on the indices of lipid exchange in the seeds of winter wheat during the germination were studied. The reduction of whole lipid content, lipase activity, sterols and free fatty acids in the grain under the toxicant action were revealed. Alteration of the free fatty acid composition can be used as a marker of the exogenic factors action.

Вплив іонів свинцю на біосинтетичну спроможність штаму streptomyces recifensis var. Lyticus 2p-15

The influence of different concentrations of Pb ions on biosynthetical ability of Streptomyces recifensis var. lyticus 2P-15, which is the producer of compound complex of extracellular enzymes and growth stimulators, was studied. It has been showed, that Pb ions introduced in agar medium have had a stimulative effect on production of surface and depth mycelia. The Pb ions, which have been inoculated into liquid fermentative medium in concentration of 1,0–2,0 mg/l realized directed synthesis of bacterio- and proteolytic enzymes, had an influence on qualitative and quantitative composition of produced enzymes.

Isolation and study of biological characteristics of strains of soil bacteria solubilizing inorganic phosphates were released. Evaluation of phosphate-solubilizing activity of isolating strains was carried out through the concentration of phosphate ions in the culture fluids. The dynamic of phosphate ions accumulation in comparison with the pH changes in the culture medium was studied for the purpose of ascertain of the tricalcium phosphate solubilization mechanism.

Влияние регуляторов роста растений на возможность снижения инсектицидной нагрузки в агроценозах озимой пшеницы

Insecticides BI-58 new and Diazinone decrease the extent of damage of the winter wheat culm by cereals flies 7,2–8,0 times in comparison with the control. Combination of the studied insecticides with the mixtures of growth regulators allows to decrease the rate of insecticides application by 20 % without any increase of the culms damage by the pests.

Chronic effects of low-intensity irradiation in 0,25 Gy doze on the behavioral reactions and state of the higher nervous activity (HNA) of white rat males of 7 months age are studied. The behavioral responses estimated in an "open field" and the working memory of animals – in the elevated 8-radial labyrinth. It has been demonstrated that chronic influence of low-intensity irradiation causes the elevation of locomotory activity, emotionality increase, anxiety development and impairment of short-term memory that tells about the development of neurotic reaction processes in animals irradiated.

Програмне опрацювання гістологічних даних зрізів нервової тканини
