The influence of intravaginal administration of cells of indigenous strain of Staphylococcus aureus on composition of vaginal microbiocenosis was studied. It was shown, that under experimental immunosupression an administration of staphylococci cells makes a development of generalized infection. In composition of vaginal microbiocenosis were found the following changes: the quantity of lactobacilli was decreased and the quantity of staphylococci and representatives of family Enterobacteriaceae was increased.

Роль треоніну в синтезі стимулятора росту стрептоміцетом

Рositive effect of threonin on stimulating activity of Streptomyces was shown. Increase of quantity of fractions group in cultural liquid was revealed by a method of gel-penetrating chromatography. The fractions stimulate the Candida yeast growth. Threonin promotes 14 % increase of the total specific stimulating activity of the fractions. Control (without threonin) and experimental (with threonin) fractions groups of the cultural liquids were purified 2.0 and 1.6 times respectively.

Деякі аспекти загальної характеристики та класифікації бактеріальних β-лактамаз

Main structural and functional groups of bacterial β-lactamases are cited in the data review. Modern systems of classification, which was based on spectra of activity, sensitivity to inhibitors and peculiarities of molecular structure are described. The basic properties of β-lactamases are presented: substrate specificity, sensitivity to inhibitors, features of genetic determination. The special attention is given to β-lactamases of gram-negative bacteria TEM-, SHV-type and its role in the development of resistance to different β-lactams.

Вплив ароматичних сполук на кількість і гетерогенний склад поверхневих ліпідів рослин каланхое

The component composition of surface lipids of kalanchoe leaves under the influence of strong solutions of monochlorobenzene, nonylphenol and 2,4,6-trinitrophenol was studied. It was shown that the plants adaptations to the exogenous influence included the elongation processes of the oxocompounds specifically to the structure of the xenobiotic and the increasing of the total quantity of the surface lipids independently from their nature. Monochlorobenzene decreases the biosynthesis of oxocompounds and upsets its elongation. It results in creation of short-chain polar substances. Nonylphenol also decreases the biosynthesis of oxocompounds, but it is accompanied by the activation of its elongation. 2,4,6-trinitrophenol increases of the oxocompounds fraction and activates its elongation.

Long-term dynamics of fish assemblage diversity of more than 70 lakes and reservoirs of Russia and the CIS countries were analyzed. The method of revealing of stable state of aquatic assemblages is offered. It is established, that most often the index of domination of the stable fish assemblage is equal 0.3. The factors determining a diversity of the fish assemblage of lakes and reservoirs are revealed.

Залежність розвитку личинок нематод підрядів strongylata і rhabditata від рівня засоленості ґрунту

Dependence of suborders Strongylata and Rhabditata larvae development from the mineralization level of soil has been established. With increase of concentration of salt the period of the larvae viability decreases. The lowest larvae number was found in the Tsarychanka district of the Dnipropetrovs’k province, which is characterized by high mineralization level of the soil. The larvae of the genera Dictyocaulus Raill. et Hen., Bunostomum Raill., Haemonchus Cobb., Oesophagostomum Mol. was found in the P’yatykhatki district; Strongуloides Wedl. and Dictyocaulus Raill. – in the Shyrokovo district; Dictyocaulus Raill. – in the Dnipropetrovsk district; Dictyocaulus Raill., Haemonchus Cobb., Oesophagostomum Mol. and Chabertia Raill. et Hen. – in the Novomoskovs’k district and Haemonchus Cobb. – in the Tsarychanka district.

Функціональна активність гепатоцитів щурів при канцерогенезі

Enzymatic activity in rat’s hepatocytes under carcinoma Geuren T8 development as well as after introduction of rhenium compounds and cis-platin were studied. It has been determined that the decrease of enzymatic activity contrary to the control animals has been observed under simultaneous injection of cis-platin and cluster rhenium compounds in a liposome form. That confirms possible hepatoprotective properties of the rhenium compounds.

The increase of enzymatic activity in leaves and roots of Tagetes patula L. was ascertained during all experiment. This index in Lathyrus odoratus L. had enlarged to the 30th day, whereupon went down in relation to a control.

Морфологічна мінливість популяції carabus hungaricus scythus (coleoptera, carabidae) в умовах острова хортиця (запорізька область)

Regularities of morphological variability of the Hungarian ground beetle (Carabus (Pachystus) hungaricus scythus Motschulsky, 1847), listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine, inhabited National Reserve “Khortitsa” were studied. Integrally, the population is characterised by near Gauss distribution of main body measurements. Maximal morphological variability is registered for males. In average they are less on 5.9 % by trunk indices and on 3.4 % − by appendages’ dimensions. It is emphasised the necessity of the population monitoring for its genetic and spatial isolation.

Використання кластерних сполук ренію з алкільними лігандами у процесі пригнічення росту карциноми герена

Quantity and quality of erythrocytes, blood haemoglobin concentration, glucose levels in the erythrocytes and plasma, content of TBA-active products in blood plasma of rats were studied during development of the Guerin carcinoma, introduction of cis-platinum and cluster rhenium substances with organic ligands. It was shown that rhenium substances had essential antioxidant effects and changed the dynamic of tumour growth. The conclusion on perspectiveness of further investigations of rhenium substances with cluster fragment and organic ligands in experiments in vivo with changed redox-status of an organism was drawn.

Вплив бджолиного пилку на центральну нервову систему тварин

Influence of bee pollen on the state of the central nervous system of white laboratory rats is studied. The behavioural reactions were estimated in „an opened field”. The bioelectric activity recording was conducted on frontoparietal cortex, dorsal hippocampus and hypothalamus with the standard electro-physiology equipment. It is shown that bee pollen results in the increase of absolute indices of constituents of brain electric activity, in the reduction of the part of slow low-frequency and in the increase of power of fast high-frequency components. It becomes apparent as a rise in the spontaneous motive activity and development of orientative-trying strategy of behaviour, which specifies on favourable influence of this preparation on CNS.

Динаміка показників біоелектричної активності кори головного мозку щурів за умов стресу і застосування гідазепаму

Influence of a stress-factor and day tranquilizer on parameters of bioelectric activity of the rats’ cerebral cortex has been studied. It has been found that stress considerably reduced the percentage of a power of bioelectric activity of the delta rhythm. It occurred at the expense of increase of the rate of teat rhythm, аlfа- and beta-like activity of the rats’ cerebral cortex.

Взаємозв’язок життєздатності гусениць шовковичного шовкопряда (bombyx mori) з електромагнітними складовими середовища

The interrelation of viability of silkworm larvae with natural electromagnetic fields is investigated. On the large statistical material found by the UAAS Institute of Sericulture for 50 years, it is shown, that the geomagnetic activity is characterized by weak influence on viability of larvae populations (4,7 %). The greatest caterpillars’ viability is observed in years of a high level of geomagnetic activity.

Реакция незрелых зародышей кукурузы в культуре in vitro на длительное воздействие холода

The influence of the long-term effect of low positive temperature on isolated immature embryos of different maize genotypes during their in vitro maintenance was studied. The possibility of obtaining vigorous green seedlings after 3-month cold storage of embryos was shown. The abilities of embryos of different lines and F2 hybrids to germinate under the given conditions are compared. Perspectives of further investigations to ascertain the conditions of effective maintenance of isolated maize immature embryos and further obtaining vigorous seedlings are discussed.

Особливості впливу температурного фактора на життєвий цикл та формування різних форм frankliniella occidentalis (thysanoptera: thripidae)

The research results of forming various forms of the western flower thrips in greenhouse’s vegetable phytocenoses and of the temperature influence on the life cycle of Frankliniella occidentalis are presented. It was established that dark forms of the thrips species predominate in phytocenosis of Lycopersicon genus but light forms of the pest predominate in phytocenosis of Cucumis genus. It was proved experimentally in laboratory that when the temperature decreases, the percentage of the dark forms of Frankliniella occidentalis substantially increases and full development cycle from an egg to imago becomes longer.

Розщеплення rf3-гетерозигот у зворотних схрещуваннях кукурудзи з молдавським типом цитоплазматичної чоловічої стерильності

The segregation of heterozygotes by Rf3 gene in cytoplasm of CMS Moldavian type of maize has been studied in the backcrosses. There was found the significance of small genes for the influence on disjoining nature.
