
Емпирико-теоретична парадигма за формиране на социокултурна компетентност у учителя, основаваща се на рефлексивния подход
The article focuses on ethnopsychopedagogical research that shed light on some psychological-anthropological and socio-reflexive prerequisites for ethno-psychological interaction in intercultural educational environment. In preparing a new generation of educational specialists, we should emphasize the sociocultural competence of the teacher, his willingness to communicate with the pupils which is manifested through the ability and skills of the psychological-pedagogical diagnosis of the individual pupil, his characteristics and needs, self-assessment, monitoring of the educational environment; cognitive motivation, emotional intelligence, develop value-oriented behavior and intercultural reflection.
