Kandinsky's work, his achievements in the search for new means of expression in painting and, in a broader sense, a new understanding of art, may seem strange, unbalanced and groundless even today. But with Kandinsky, as with any artist, we find prerequisites for this in his biography. Childhood and adolescence leave an imprint on his work. In his young years, along with his innate talent, he builds inner motivation and gains a stimulus for creativity.

Expressionism, cradled by Germany, flourished during the so-called "Expressionist Decade" (1910-1920). Its most common socio-cultural precondition is the crisis in the public and moral-ethical consciousness on the eve and during the First World War. It expresses the will to change a generation that grew up with the nightmares of war and the deepening decline of bourgeois-philistine consciousness. Like most modernist trends in art, expressionism uses the provocation of "good taste," the breaking of outdated traditional orders and aesthetic habits. The meaning of the term is derived from "expression" - an expression of feelings, which in the most general sense is the artist's desire to project the torments of his own soul on the depicted object.

The present paper is dealing with a term which is intrinsic to our day-to-day life: malaise. And, exactly as in the case of stress, is a state determined by the people, employees and, in the double sense, the impact and the challenges of the business and natural environments on the activities and living standard of the people. Starting from the basic ideas of J. M. Keynes and P. A. Samuelson in this respect, we intend to underline the fact that malaise (and its main form “economic malaise”) is closely linked to less favorable or negative aspects from the people life and activities within entities and communities. We are referring to Depression periods or uncertain future evolutions. This term was spread in specialty literature, so we find assessments about almost all major national economies and even world economy. Different negative aspects of the society (economy) such as crisis, unemployment, debts, support the existence of malaise. In a word, malaise is a state of fact, intrinsic to the people and communities activities, but not in a manner as globalization (which also determines malaise), seen as a mantra, or repeatedly regarding everything is happen now at the local and international levels.

In this paper we want to present the role of physiotherapy in the recovery of children with neuro-psycho-motor.Since this pathology is a problem that could not be eliminated despite the tremendous progress made by modern medicine, these children need in addition to applying existing disability-specific methods and acceptance, appreciation, they need to grow and develop. Therefore Robănescu stated that the evolution of a child deficient recoverable or partially recoverable depends largely on the family as it grows and develops. By this statement we want to emphasize that with IMC child development includes not only the use of existing disability-specific methods and integrating the child in an educational environment whether in a schools or at home. Integration into the community is a very important step for children with disabilities because by doing so they call the child a chance to grow and to create a better social future to the detriment deficiencies they have. We think that there should be no restriction for these children to develop and lead a normal life, the contrary would have the skills that they have to be exploited, to be educated in ,, normality’’ (Elena Căciulan, 2011) and help them enjoy the privileges enjoyed a normal child. The harmony of family life, ,, how parents understand that the child must be helped, guided and encouraged always will be the pillars on which to build the education of child with cerebral palsy” (N., 1976). Therefore,we want to check whether the means physical therapy can help in recovering cerebral palsy in children with tiny cerebral motor and if they give beneficial results on maintaining and increasing the amplitude of articulation, reduce spasticity, maintain and / or increase the excitability of muscle, maintaining memory kinesthetic and the movements.
