The preparation and training systems for assuming roles of a spiritual nature (artistic, religious), but not only, have assumed, throughout history, paideic foreshadowings that are completely different, more flexible, less formalized, more particularized and full of affective-subjective effervescence than those institutionalized, formalized at school or university level. Not that the latter were not also intended for an explicit vocational-spiritual training, but, at a given time and from certain points of view, the official educational offers were not able to face challenges regarding formation of special skills required by the practices in mind. In fact, in artistic or religious environments, these training formulas prefaced what happens now in what we generically call school, schooling, learning, but they continued to function simultaneously and supplement what education cannot do. In the text below, we propose to present specific elements of the mentoring relationship in spiritual formation and to emphasize the relevance and opportunity of promoting this paideic relationship.

In our study, The Role of the Didactic Methods in teaching Religion, Traditionally and Online, we wish to emphasize the importance and the impact that these didactic instruments have in the process of teaching, learning and assessment of Religion. The didactic means focus on the development of the educational process on a psychological and pedagogical level, so that the information transmitted and assimilated to become enriched with the help of the material forms, which are in agreement with the pedagogical function of the element, to connect the theory with the reality, to give life to the word on an imaginative level and to help the cognitive process on an intuitive and deductive level. This aspect impresses to the manner of use several operational features which refer to the level of efficiency and value given to teaching, which means that the didactic methods are not used only to be written in a didactic plan, to enrich the class environment or to just fill the surface of the dais.

The present work includes a synthesis in the light of the Christian-Orthodox teaching of the essential role of the Holy Liturgy in supporting religious-moral life at all ages. In the light of the texts of the Holy Scriptures and of the Holy Fathers, perfection is the essential goal of human life, the fulfillment of Christ's sacrifice on the Cross. Perfection is possible for every man, as an effort to assume the quality of son of God, for whom the Word became incarnate. The relevant texts were used to understand the importance of the Holy Liturgy and to highlight the way in which the Eucharist is a way and a school, the person's chance for self-discovery and permanent elevation towards the Father.

SERVICE-LEARNING ȘI EDUCAȚIA PENTRU VIITOR. ABORDĂRI ȘI PERSPECTIVE DIDACTICE ACTUALE

Starting from Spiru Haret’s statement, we, the teachers, are constantly concerned about the novelties that come on the education system and how we cope with the changes in the current society. When we think about the future of education, we wonder how we can prepare ourselves permanently but also how we can prepare our students/students to integrate into a constantly changing world. As the world becomes an increasingly interconnected place, we are challenged by new scenarios that require new knowledge and skills “multidimensional, transversal, polydisciplinary, transnational”. One of the main concerns of the school in the 21st century is to participate alongside other institutions in the formation of an active, democratic, multicultural society that promotes true values, more acceptance, tolerance, good understanding among people. In this regard, many educational institutions around the world have begun, in recent decades, to adopt educational policies that build support bridges between schools/universities and the community by promoting skills: “to learn to know,” “to learn to be,” “to learn to do,” “to learn to live with others.” Thus, service-learning pedagogy penetrates more and more into the Romanian education system, even if at times this type of pedagogy is viewed with mistrust by teachers or parents, who express fears that students “lose time” in the idea in which they have to take standardised exams where the emphasis is placed on memory and cognitive learning. Service-learning projects involve actions in the educational, but also social spheres, based on the notion that community and civic involvement can be innovative means of applying theoretical content, complementing the range of competences and skills and modifying attitudes. These projects are led by students and allow collaboration between educational institutions and the community through the active participation of students in solving concrete problems of the current society.

Multigrade classes operate in demographically and geographically disadvantaged areas, characterized by a small number of students. The biggest challenge is to implement the curriculum developed for monograde classes in multigrade classes. In the absence of appropriate training and the necessary resources, the quality of the teaching process decreases. This paper presents concrete ways to optimize this type of teaching, identified following the application of a questionnaire to170 teachers of different specializations, with experience in this field. The results indicate that the teaching experience in multigrade classes significantly influences the identification of concrete ways to optimize the didactic act carried out in this type of classes

During preschool education, children assimilate important acquisitions of communication with themselves and others using role play. Studies show that promoting communication and social skills in children at early ages can be achieved naturally through play in kindergarten. In this way, role-play becomes both a daily practice of communication for the child and an efficient teaching instrument in exploring all dimensions of child development in a holistic way. The literature also mentions some important functions of kindergarten games, such as the information function, the adaptation function, the formative function, the socialisation function and the psychological function.

MESAJUL ÎNVĂȚĂTORULUI CREȘTIN-ORTODOX – DE LA MAGISTER DIXIT LA AUTORITATEA IUBIRII SMERITE

Exploiting the feeling of freedom and the sense of belonging to the society of knowledge pedagogically have determined, on the one hand, an unprecedented emergence of religious experiences in the sphere of informal and non-formal education in the Romanian society, starting from the spiritual recognition of the famous “abbots” or “gerontes” in Romanian or Athonite monasticism, but also in regular Orthodox churches, to the conjunctural role of all kinds of “guru” and “spiritual masters”, in the lives of many people with a religious conscience or simple spiritual zeal. This paper aims to identify the main actors in the Orthodox Church who are able to counteract, outside the family, the effects of self-referentiality and educational imposture – threatening silhouettes appearing on the horizon of the Romanian people’s education (either from communism or from consumerism), to denounce the political correctness and the mechanisms of manipulation or disorientation and, last but not least, to enhance the proportional support of the pedagogical role, the authority and immutable values disseminated, that the teachers of the nation and, above all, the teachers of the faith – the Religion teacher, the father confessor, the spiritual father, mother and brother – have in a person’s thinking, feeling and making decisions travelling through history, towards the eschaton.

Шуменци, възпитаници на италиански учебни заведения (края на XIX – началото на XX век)

The historical narrative presents the youth of Shumen who received education in Italian educational institutions at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. They studied in today's cities of Turin, Milan, Pisa, Pinerolo and Naples. In the period from 1879 to 1912, ten young people born in Shumen studied in Italian educational institutions. Among them are the girls Penka Preslavska and Manya Dimitrova. A significant part of the Shumen graduates are realized in various spheres of activity - veterinarians, generals, professors in higher schools, artists, actors, and teachers. Graduated or not, they return to their homeland having mastered European languages and the achievements of Western European civilization. This large number, as well as the specialities chosen by them, are a vivid testimony to the aspiration of the Shumen youth to obtain higher education and to make efforts for the modernization of the Third Bulgarian State and their native Shumen.

Recent data shows that in Europe the overqualification rate is 22% in 2022, on average. In some countries, such as Spain and Greece, it hits more than 30%. The high extent of education-job mismatch creates long-run problems for labor market’s sustainability and economic growth, taking into account its negative impact on individuals, wages and efficiency of public finances. Lifelong learning is one of the potential tools to tackle this problem since it equips the workforce with up-to-date knowledge and skills. With regard to that, the purpose of the present study is to find a relationship between the participation in continuing training and the rate of overeducation in the European countries. The estimation methods comprise correlation analysis and non-parametric testing. Both methods lead to similar outcomes. It appears that the more active involvement in different forms of formal and non-formal training is associated with a lower degree of overqualification of the labor force having completed upper secondary education. The study is financed by 27 the project titled Attitude of Bulgarian Entrepreneurs and Managers towards Continuing Vocational Education and Training of Organization’s Human Resources (ABECVET), contract KП-06-H65/12, Bulgarian National Science Fund (BNSF).

Невромениджмънт – новият подход в управлението на организацията

Neuromanagement is a new field of management that has developed as a result of the application to human resource management of knowledge generated in the fields of cognitive neuroscience and psychology. The goal of neuromanagement is, through the study of brain activity during the course of mental processes at the moment when people are faced with an economic or managerial problem, to acquire knowledge that will help to develop and use the intellectual potential of all workers in the organization in order to achieve higher production efficiency of each worker and more effective management of the organization. There are a number of differences between classical management and neuromanagement concerning: the orientation of management functions; the principles on which the management process is based; the means of influencing the personnel; the system of motivating the personnel. The new economic reality turns intellectual capital into the most important production factor. A cluster of professional competencies was defined at the 2015 World Economic Forum in Davos that will be sought in organizations using the principles of neuromanagement. All these irreversible processes of change are also placing new demands on schools and universities, both in terms of learning technologies and in terms of the formation of new skills and competences in future professionals that are vital for the business of the future.

New technologies bring with them new rules of communication. The essence of social networks is in mutual connection and exchange of information. Since Facebook implemented the "like" button on February 2, 2009, it has been used more than 1.3 trillion times and the number is increasing every day. Liking is an interactive communication that takes place with message, intention and action. By actively communicating with another person, by liking them, they are notified that their photo, status or post has been noticed. Liking shows the attitude of the liker towards the owner of the post. Facebook likes can be explained as the result of individuals' identification, empathy, and practicality with the content. People like other people's posts to confirm that they like something; to say something about themselves; to express virtual empathy or get something in return when the content liking audience is associated with a specific brand. It is important that liking the shared content is compelling and convinces the audience that there is a benefit (personal, intimate or business) from the author of the post. Despite the fact that liking provides information about self-disclosure and people can recognize each other, liking can also be used as a component of manipulation. In business, for example, when a partner's page is liked, while at the same time behind-the-scenes activities take place, or when likes are generated to represent the "greatness" of the product. The purpose of the author's research is to find out why other people's posts are liked in online platforms and why likes are also used for manipulation. The results of this research will certainly help to better understand human nature

Project communications management is a series of processes required to plan, generate, collect, distribute, store, retrieve, manage, control, monitor and ultimately dispose of project information in a timely and appropriate manner. Communication is considered one of the most important skills a project manager should possess. Project managers spend almost all the time during the project communicating. Communication management is the process of overseeing information transfer in all directions (up, down, horizontal or diagonal), which can be formal or informal. The implementation of the project depends directly on the project manager and his competence in communication management. Researchers claim that "effective communication creates a bridge between the different stakeholders involved in the project, bridging different cultural and organizational environments, different levels of expertise, and different perspectives and interests in the project's implementation or outcome". Effective project communications implies that the right information is transformed to the right addressee, appearing most cost-effectively at the right time. These prerequisites are imperative for the success of the project. Effective project communications mean the execution (transmission, reception, decoding, understanding) of the necessary information. On the other hand, project communication is understood as the exchange of information with the aim of building coherence between project stakeholders. The term "project communication" refers to all aspects of communication in a project: both external and internal communication, written, oral and interpersonal, planned and unregulated.

The communication environment not only in Bulgaria but all over the world is being transformed and undergoing dynamic changes. To a large extent, the loss of trust in the media is related to the commercialization and retreat from the public functions of journalism, with the often occurring willful transgression of quality journalism in PR and in mass culture. There are several interrelated processes - an obvious retreat from the role of a corrective and independent institution, the transformation of the media into sellers of image and influence, filtering and manipulating information, abuse of media influence, substitution in the selection of topics and accents, one-sided viewpoints and conjunctural influences.

This paper aims to present the experience of the Department of Accounting and Analysis in connection with the creation of opportunities, organization and conduct of electronic state exams for students majoring in Accounting, Bachelor’s degree, full-time education. Electronic state exams are conducted in accordance with the widespread use of computer technology in our lives. In the last five years, the Department of Accounting and Analysis has successfully used this opportunity, achieving equalization of the individual accounting disciplines in conducting an electronic state exam, avoiding mistakes in checking the work of students. The report presents the individual stages related to the organization and conduct of an electronic state exam for the specialty „Accounting“, Bachelor’s degree, full-time form of education. The main conclusions from the electronic state exams conducted so far for the students in the specialty „Accounting“, Bachelor’s degree, regular form of education is outlined.

Continuing Training of Bulgarian Managers and Entrepreneurs

Vocation training of managers has a positive impact on profitability, productivity, and staff retention. Moreover, it makes managers aware of the significance of learning for employees’ satisfaction and motivation. The present paper focuses on determinants of company’s investments in continuing training of managers/entrepreneurs. The empirical analysis is based on a survey of Bulgarian companies located in the southeastern and southwestern part of the country. The results highlight the role of internal environment for involvement in management training. The likelihood for training is higher for larger companies and also for those with R&D and innovations. The focus on human resources development as well as the learning-oriented culture is important. Additionally, the output implies that the lack of trainers with expertise corresponding to the specific company needs is a major determinant of underinvestments in staff training in Bulgaria. These results have practical implications for the government policy for stimulating the firm investments in lifelong learning.
