Komparatywna analiza wydatków na odzież i obuwie w europejskich gospodarstwach domowych

The aim of this paper is to analyze the household expenditure on clothing and footwear in the European countries. The research problems concern such issues as: an indication of the degree of differentiation and the rate of change in households expenditure on clothing and footwear in 1995-2012; a comparison of the expenditure on clothing and footwear and Clusters Analysis of European countries grouped by the similar share of clothing and footwear expenditure in the total expenditure of households. I used two clustering methods in the following study. The selection of the countries for cluster analysis was based on the value of the Tabular Accuracy Index.

The price differences between agricultural real estates are very large and especially visible in the recent years. The value of an agricultural real estate is affected by many factors that are taken into account when determining the value of a real estate. In the article there is an attempt to identify other conditions resulting from external factors and the management of agricultural land of Polish membership in the European Union. That are not taken into account in valuation, and according to the authors determining the transaction prices achieved. The analysis included sales of the agricultural real estates from the resources of Agricultural Property Agency OT Olsztyn, which took place in the years 2012-2103, a period of increased demand for purchasing of agricultural land.

Rural commune located in Świętokrzyskie this agricultural commune in which the vast majority of the population is of working age. The analysis is an assessment of the effectiveness of management of properties owned by voivodeships. Theoretical considerations are focused on presenting the specifi cs of public property management. The empirical part presents the main forms of property management and effects of management as an income to the budget of the region. This will determine the level of income and expenses related to properties in the voivodeship. The analysis gives answers to questions about the direction of economic policy in regards of regional properties management. The time range of research covers the period of 2008-2013.

Analiza usług „facility management” w procesie zarządzania bezpieczeństwem przeciwpożarowym obiektów niemieszkalnych

The aim of this paper is to analyse Facility Management (FM) services in the process of fire safety management in non-residential buildings. Among others, the market share of the most important fire safety sector entities existing in Poland has been verified based on the FM concept. On the example of three selected non-residential buildings, there has been examined the share of annual costs of service and maintenance in the costs of installation of a new fire protection system. The share of failure or fire damage repair costs in the general installation cost together with the service cost has been examined. On the example of a selected Insurance Company there has been analysed the infl uence of various fire protection devices installed in the building on decreasing fire insurance premiums.

Optymalizacja lokalizacji dla nowopowstałego obiektu

The purpose of this article is to present a method of choosing a location of a new facility and to prove its usefulness in practice. The suggested method can be used to compare several variants of location of a newly established manufacturing facility, distribution centre, retail store, wholesale or warehouse. When a location of a new facility is being selected, many different factors should be taken into account that will affect the future operations of the facility. Above all the distance from sources of supply and sales markets has to be taken into consideration. The article shows that the weighted average distance is a measure that can be used to compare several options of location of a newly established facility.

Aktualizacja opłaty rocznej a obciążenia finansowe użytkowników wieczystych

Perpetual usufruct is long-term form of the use public property owned by the State and municipalities and has own definition in the Civil Code. This form is intermediate between property law and property law group of limited property rights. Currently it is a solution that is on the one hand investment activity (building land) for natural and legal persons without depraving the ownership rights of Exchequer and local governments. This work focuses on highlighting these features perpetual usufruct and activities of municipalities, which determine the level of payment in respect of selected issues of law with particular regard to the financial burden of freeholders, for updates of annual fees and benefits for municipalities of this title. The theoretical assumptions were verified in the municipality of Olsztyn - capital of Warmia and Mazury. In this study used other own results regarding perpetual usufruct of the years 2002-2012.

Prawo użytkowania wieczystego w kontekście sporów o aktualizację opłaty rocznej

The article presents an analysis of the process of dispute in case of updating the annual fee paid by the perpetual user. The author outlined the origin of the right of perpetual usufruct, and then define its basic features and importance for the revenue in selected cities. Having this background the author analyzes the process of updating the annual fee in a theoretical sense, then she transfers it to the ground of practical considerations. The study is based on statistical data provided by the Central Statistical Office, the reports of Municipal Boards of Appeal and own database of court cases.

Based on the analysis conducted it provides quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the available investment offers in this segment of the market. The purpose of this article is to present synthetic characterization of investment offers available on the Polish real estate market and to outline specific features of that market segment. The article concludes by outlining conditions that should be fulfilled by the developer to create an attractive investment opportunity in this segment of the real estate market.

Identyfikacja obszarów ryzyka w prognozowaniu skutków finansowych uchwalenia miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego

The research thesis of this article is coherent with the following statement: predicting the effects of enacting local spatial development plan for particular area is associated with unreliability and risk of many assumptions and entry data. The main purpose of the article is to diagnose of components of such predictions, to identify the relevant assumptions and to point the components connected with significant risk and uncertainty. Even more risky seems to be determining adequate level of outflows and their localization in time period. Significant uncertainty is also connected with actual occurrence of predicted inflows. As the conclusions Authors suggested set of activities that can reduce the unreliability of predictions.

Analiza opłacalności przekształcenia gruntów rolnych na działki budowlane niekomercyjnymi

The objective of this article is a presentation of the process of the transformation of agricultural land into building plots and analysis of the profitability of such a transformation by using a specifi c example of agricultural land located in the Dębe Wielkie commune. Two scenarios were analysed. In the first one, it was assumed that the investor would purchase agricultural land using their own funds. In the second one, it was assumed that the investor would use for this purpose external fi nancing in the form of a mortgage. The calculations take into account the costs associated with the transformation process and tax issues. In the scenario involving the purchase of agricultural land by means of a mortgage the calculations also include the costs associated with external fi nancing. At the end of the article, profitability of the analyzed investment and the alternative, safe forms of investment, such as Treasury bonds, bank deposits and investment in rental housing were compared.

This is one of the tasks of taxonomic methods. The authors proposed in the article the use of taxonomic methods to assess the attractiveness of Szczecin estates. A proposal has been supported by an empirical example, in which a ranking of Szczecin estates by their attractiveness was conducted.

The main aim of this article is estimation the advancement level in the realization the sustainable development in UE countries. The four study tasks have been subordinated to the main aim of this work. The issues of sustainable development have been shown in this article, particularly with attention on measurement. Realization of the main study tasks has been done e.g. the synthetic rate has been created. The analysis of its creating in UE countries 2004-2010 has been done, with the dynamic of its changes also the share of UE countries with similar creating of synthetic level has been made. The study literature and Eurostat data have been used in this work.

The systematic increase in the price of agricultural land since the beginning of the transformation in Poland is a fact of life. Although, in the 90's, with too violent attempt to reform the country's economic, agriculture and people associated with agriculture became a burden for the economy of our country. After a fairly deep recession you will see growth of this branch of economic system, especially since the Polish entry into the European Union. Therefore, with this publication, I will try to answer three essential questions posed from perspective of two points of view: the farmer and the real estate agent. Whether the increase in agricultural land price is actually a symptom of an increase in strength of Polish agriculture? What are the factors that can provide? What circumstances can determine value increase and gain interest in agricultural property at the local level?

Wybrane problemy aktualizacji opłat rocznych z tytułu użytkowania wieczystego na przykładzie miasta Krakowa

As part of the conducted study, the structure of land ownership status in the city of Krakow was analyzed. The performed analysis revealed a systematic decrease in the area of the land transferred to perpetual usufruct. Due to the rise in real estate prices, the City of Krakow systematically carries out adjustment of the fees for perpetual usufruct as well. The study analyzes the amounts of fees for the perpetual use of a real property and the income resulting from their adjustment. The number of notices of termination of the annual fee for perpetual usufruct and the number of appeals lodged to the self-government appeal courts, questioning the new value of the fee, was examined.
