Summary/Abstract: This article contributes to filling the gap of knowledge of financial and nonfinancial tools for measuring the success of relationships with key customers in terms of increased efficiency of cooperation. In practice, results obtained from using the proposed tools can be an argument for the legitimacy of remaining in this type of relationships or leaving them.
