Knowledge-sharing routines as sources of inter-organizational competitive advantage

Summary/Abstract: The cognitive advantage of the paper is the outline of the importance of inter- -organizational relationships in corporations’ learning according to relational approach to creating competitive advantage. Considerations support arguments for treating knowledge sharing routines as sources of relational competitive advantage. In addition, the concept of inter-organizational routines has been explained as well as sub-processes allowing for relational rent creating have been pointed out.
