Inter-organizational synergistic effect as a criterion for outsourcing systems assessment

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the inter-organizational synergistic effect as a diagnostic measure used to compare and assess the present management system with what would be possible to achieve in the new system, which is a frame of reference for outsourcing systems. Furthermore, the results of empirical studies revealing the size of supernormal profits gained by small and medium enterprises within outsourcing systems have been presented.
