Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the actual problem of interaction of subjects taking part in the process of university education. In this context, the issues that constitute the subject area of a variety of theories of interpersonal relations, identifying the specific features of interaction between teachers, students and their parents, are considered. It shows the multidimensionality of this phenomenon and offers some solutions that positively influence the process of optimisation of communications both in the professional direction and in the universal, emotional direction, which is the basis for successful interaction and professional realization of students.
