Summary/Abstract: Kosovo, not only that has been itself detached from its native trunk, but also from it were detached not only regions inhabited completely or mainly with Albanian population in North-West of Macedonia and Montenegro, but also Presheva, Bujanoc and Medvegja, where Albanians were majority. During the war, leaders of PKJ-(Yugoslav Communist Party) had promised that future of Kosova will be solved by its population that lived there, with understanding, by popular democratic regimes and parties that would be established in Albania and Yugoslavia, after liberation from fascism. During the war there were continuously speeches and writings that after the war there will be respected Moscow Declaration, Atlantic Card, Teheran Declaration, Titos’ Letter edited in the newspaper “Proleter”, Resolution of Bujan, and lots of other documents of historical relevance. In ex-Yugoslavia at the end of the war, it was declared that national criteria will be foundation of territorial and administrative division of the country. But, after the war was finished, this criterion for Yugoslav power didn’t exist, and as such was not considered. Even though Albanian zones did consist a territorial integrity, were compact in national aspect, had clearly defined continuity and extension in geopolitical aspect along the border with native trunk and other republics of Yugoslavia, they were divided between federal units. All these have affected enlarged dissatisfaction among Albanian population. Later this was recognized and admitted by Yugoslav leaders
