Summary/Abstract: In 1948 was organized and held the first court trial in the District Court in Gjilan, against Beddings of Avdyl Dura who immediately after the end of LDB had expressed openly enmity to install authorities in Kosovo and protect and support illegal groups which were hidden in Kaçanik territory. Therefore authority decided that all people, both from family members or protected illegal ones and of deserted will be arrested, investigated and punished with unbelievable years of hard prison. Number of people who helped to provide asylum to fugitives was big, therefore in 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951 and 1952 many court trials were held in the District Court in Gjilan. Even they were arrested, and many years of punishment were declared, The Beddings of Avdyl Dura stood proudly in front of the jury, rejecting everything for what they were accused, for penal acts and clashed with interest of its population. They were proud and happy that they had opportunity to help and provide asylum the famous patriot Avdyl Dura and its comrades.
