Summary/Abstract: After the end of World War II, as it was known, Albanian territories were divided among the three Yugoslav republics. Prizren Assembly (1945) declared that Kosova “proclaims with the will of its people”, that it joins Serbia in the framework of Yugoslav Federation though the people did not know the bitter the truth. The military administration placed in Kosova secured and protected such a status, defined for Kosova on 8 February 1945. This military administration in Kosova had the special duty to paralyze and quench every people’s expression of discontent against the unjust solution of Kosova status. It was understandable that Albanian people did not reconcile and did not agree with such a slavery solution. Therefore as always, the nationalist forces which acted in Kosova reacted strongly. At the beginning they reacted legally, but seeing the newly installed power disposition, they passed in a profound illegality and expressed their discontent in various ways. The power organized unseen persecution, arresting and punishing heavily with many years of imprisonment those who had the courage to express their revolt for such a situation in Kosova. Reaction of Albanian nationalist forces in all Albanian territories in ex-Yugoslavia in general, and especially in Kosova enlarged in years, increasing the participants’ number from the ranks of freedom loving people, evidently increasing the relevant potential of the time, the human and economic-social factor. With the elapse of the years, the illegal movement advanced apparently reinforcing the action methodology and strategy for the realization of the major goal forwarded generation after generation, with the single aim that they had the union of Albanian people and its ethnic territories.
