Summary/Abstract: This material deals with preventive measure judicial review on bail, in terms of how it is regulated in the new Code of Criminal Procedure, which entered into force on February 1, 2014, its correspondence with existing preventive measures in the previous regulation and under appearance issues were already raised in the judicial practice of the entry into force of the law.
