Summary/Abstract: The present article aims to reveal the importance of cybercrimes in the context of modern society and of a legislation that has to keep up with the fast evolution of technology. Even though they do not occur in palpable space, crimes in the virtual world are a reality and must be regarded and qualified as such, therefore they have to be corrected by similar legal provisions as their "clasic" correspondents.
