Summary/Abstract: This paper represents the outcome of several efforts concerning the environmental preservation from an economic point of view; it also deals with an approach that combines theoretical and practical elements as far as the environmental economics is concerned. The main characteristics regarding environmental preservation were emphasized, as well as its commercial aspect and degree efficiency.
