Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the technical and economic apects of the heat treatment procedures are emphasized. The paper shows several elements of analysis (the way the activities concerning heat treatment technological process are organized, the best selection of heat treatment plants and their location; the analysis of equipments and human resources necessary to reach of certain production level; calculations regarding the costs of energy and auxiliary materials; calculations regarding the technical-economic indicators and investments recovery) in the heat treatments technologies.
