Summary/Abstract: The new programme period 2014 – 2015 started with new Operational Programmes, new challenges to the knowledge, skills and competences regarding project management. The European Programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport “Erasmus+” started in January 2014 and is based on an integrated approach, which guarantees an effective interaction between all sectors in the field of education, training, youth and sport. It aims at building stable partnerships between education and business in order to encourage innovation and competitiveness while at the same time encouraging employment with a special focus on fighting youth unemployment. The programme supports activities in the field of: school education, higher education, vocational education and training, adult education, the youth sector. Fields in which students studying pedagogy will realize themselves. The fact is they don’t have specialized, detailed preparation for the topic and in relation to this our aim was to find out whether they have ideas, reasons, aptitudes and willingness to the new challenges.The article analyses data from a survey on the entrepreneurial profile of students, their motivation and readiness for innovations.
