Competences of an Educator in a Pupils’ Hostel

Summary/Abstract: For many pupils who want to complete their secondary school education, pupils’ hostels are institutions where they accommodate themselves primarily with the aim to successfully finish their secondary school education. A key role in this matter is certainly played by educators who are responsible for pupils in every respect. It is on their professionalism and competence that the realization of this goal depends in a large measure. It is just this that the author deals with in this paper.
