There is a group of methods which are declared by organisations which used maturity and excellence models and are not listed in the previously mentioned group, and the third group of methods common for both populations of researched organisations. The study described in the article is a first stage of larger research project, the purpose of which is identification of effective management methods used by organizations on their path to business excellence.
