Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the current situation of the system “child-family-school in the conditions of inclusive education of children with special educational needs. The difficulties that are encountered by the teachers, parents, children are pointed out; their fears, as well as their competencies that they should have in order to build positive relations and to realize successful education in the inclusive classroom are analyzed. Results of own empirical research are presented.
