Summary/Abstract: Quantum physics, which today re-interrogates the universe, has changed the perspective of all formations in the world. Changes in science theories influence organizations, society, countries and the world. In this study, the effects of Newton and Quantum assumptions and the effects of quantum on the management of business as a way of thinking derived from these assumptions are examined. The first aim of this study is; to explain the changing structure of organizations with post-modernism and to give information about quantum organizations as a new form of organization. The reasons for transition to modernism as post-modernity are explained. The second aim of the study is; quantum skills of quantum organizations, quantum leadership, quantum leaders and strategies of post modernism. The information obtained by the literature review is tried to be presented by interpreting.
