OVERVIEW OF OMNIPOTAN LEADERSHIP

Summary/Abstract: The concepts of leadership, leadership and management as old as human history and approaches have always attracted the attention of researchers. When the literature on leadership is examined, it is seen that positive leadership approaches exist and attract more attention. In recent years, researches on negative leadership approaches have been conducted. However, literature studies have shown that studies on omnipotan leadership are scarce. The purpose of this study; Omnipotan, which is one of the leadership concept and leadership approach, is to present a perspective about leadership. It is also to examine the characteristics of omnipotan leaders emerging in history and today.
