This is due to the perpetual introduction of (new) media and formats, the emergence of new consumer behaviours associated with advertising, and a rising recognition of prolonged consequences of advertising. The advertising paradigm has evolved because of the media ecosystem being significantly affected by the digital shift. Marketers use computational advertising to target the most interested customers online rather than just broad audiences offline. This has led to programmatic advertising gaining traction across the globe. In this article, we will discuss the ecosystem of programmatic advertising in India, including its development, prospects, and difficulties. We will also look at the factors affecting efficiency of programmatic advertising, including how it has affected traditional media buying, how data is used in programmatic advertising, and how programmatic advertising will develop in the country.

- Summary/Abstract:The present study uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to investigate the link between firms’ Resource-Based Capabilities (RBC) and customer loyalty with reference to the online grocery market. RBC is conceptualized as a second order latent construct reflected with two manifest variables, namely assortment and customer service. Online grocery is growing rapidly, particularly in the Indian context and it can be attributed to factors, such as increasing urbanization characterized with the mushrooming of towns and cities and the ubiquitous presence of smart phones. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic was a catalyst in augmenting electronic transactions. In fact, a perceptible shift has occurred in the buying pattern as increasing number of people prefer online buying. The convenience offered by real time online shopping is a major driving force for the rapid growth of online grocery transactions. This study tries to investigate whether online grocers’ assortment and customer service have any effect on customers’ loyalty. Data for this empirical study was collected through convenience sampling and snowball sampling techniques. This study provides a different perspective in understanding online consumer buying behavior and it is relevant from the perspective of strategic management and marketing management.

- Summary/Abstract:The study was directed towards answering the following questions: • What is creativity? • What are the factors that foster creativity? • Can these be used by organizations to enhance their innovation quotient? Creativity cannot be understood by defining it in words, creativity has to be deciphered by experiencing it in action. One must, therefore, understand the actions of highly creative individuals. This further led to the question: • Who are the most creative individuals? Further research was based on the assumption that ‘A creative individual is one whose contribution is original, unique, relevant, and highly impactful. After due analysis, the study concluded that the contributions of Nobel laureates satisfy all these four criteria. Biographic sketches of 29 recipients of the Nobel Prize and 2 recipients of the Bank of Sweden Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel were analyzed to understand their thinking patterns and approach to life in general. Twenty traits that these Nobel laureates displayed have been identified. Another question that arose during the research was: • What are the environments in which their work was carried out? A study published by the Nobel Museum, Stockholm (Larsson, 2006) helped answer this question? A total of 13 ‘creative milieus’ were identified. Creative milieus are places that are considered as cradles of innovation, most of them have been homes to the pursuits of Nobel laureates during the 20th century. These creative milieus were analyzed to understand the institutions, cities and environments which nurtured creative minds and the patronizing surroundings that enabled individual creativity to flower. The study revealed 20 factors that foster creativity. These factors can be embedded in corporate environments as well to enhance an organization’s innovation quotient.

- Summary/Abstract:This study was undertaken to understand how different cognitive biases affect the decision-making processes of individual investors. The research was conducted by classifying investors under various demographical factors, such as age, prior experience in investing and expectations of returns from investment. It has now become critical to document and understand how amateur and professional investors choose their portfolios. Behavioural finance is an area of business that analyses how psychological symptoms change the performance of individuals in financial markets, and even the impact it has on stock market performance, when looking to purchase not only the market, but also its outcome. It merges social, psychological and financial theories to explain how volatility in the securities market occurs without the intervention of corporations. In a nutshell, cognitive finance is a study on just how investors make systematic assessment mistakes or individual errors, whenever taking investment decisions. The study collects data from 46 respondents using purposive sampling methods and tests hypotheses on background variables and investment decisions, as well as multivariate analyses. Two variables, namely Overconfidence bias and Hindsight bias were found to be significantly associated with investment decisions. Through this study, it was suggested that the investors should be cautious about these independent variables, so that they can avoid irrational investment decisions.

The chatbot is seen as both a threating and reformatory tool to the Human civilization. In this research paper I discuss the impact of this technology on the Service sector of India and the effect on students educational environment. For the first part, Multiple Linear Regression was used with independent variables such as trust in the technology, effect on businesses; in terms of improved customer service, as a substitute to teaching and content creation, use among students and decrease in human employment due to such a technology. The study revealed that 87% variation in demand in the service sector could be explained by the above considered factors. Then to check the impact on student use and dependence on the technology, Factorial design was applied with dependent variables as curiosity to use the technology and trust on the output of ChatGPT. Through the test, the null hypothesis was rejected and we could show factors such as Trust and Curiosity to use the technology affects student’s dependence and excessive use of ChatGPT in their study environment.

With over 50% of the population of India being under 25 years of age, and 65% being under 35 years of age (Indian Census Data, 2015; National Statistical Commission, 2017), the younger generation has grown up with technology. They are heavily influenced by the rapid penetration of the Internet, the availability of a large amount of data, and recent innovations in mobile devices (Han Wai, et al., 2016). They are adept at using the latest gadgets and web-based services, online 24x7 right through the year. This generation is very well connected in social circles through websites like Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, parading and flaunting their opinions in their circle in real-time (Chaffey, et al., 2016).This research provided valuable inference to the marketers on how the changing technological innovations are impacting their marketing strategies and the organization’s business model. It is seen from the analysis that technological innovations have a significant influence on the companies’ value proposition, competition analysis, creation of new products & services, and revamping companies’ internal processes.Based on our findings that technological innovations play a significant role in the consumer buying process, we have concluded how marketers should adapt the key disruptive technologies when defining their marketing mix. The paper will be of interest to all research scholars and will be greatly helpful to companies that are on the cusp of investing in technologies for their marketing campaigns.

- Summary/Abstract:Climate change is already a fact of existence. The economic costs of climate change are still being calculated. The world has become more vulnerable to natural disasters, the weather pattern is constantly shifting, and it is impossible to assess the economic consequences of these catastrophic events. Not only for us but also for the generations to come, this impact is anticipated to expand exponentially in the decades to come. Appropriate action needs to be taken to minimise this extent and adequate policies need to be adopted to reduce the impact of human activities on the environment. The world has adopted the concept of green economy and companies are paying attention to the environmental impact caused by their operations. The idea behind green banking is the same because it comprises the implementation of environmentally sustainable procedures in the banking industry and the consequential lowering of both internal and external carbon footprints. Furthermore, environmental impact may have a long-term influence on asset quality as well as bank rate of return. As a result, there is a growing necessity for banks to embrace environmental consciousness and proactively integrate ecological and environmental factors into their lending policies. This puts pressure on industries to invest in the required environmental management, suitable technologies, and effective management systems. A broader perspective is to use green lending principles. Typically, the banking industry is not regarded as an environmental threat. Nonetheless, it has an environmental impact due to increased consumption of energy and paper. This report examines the available literature and institutional public disclosures, such as annual reports, and focuses on the recent initiatives taken by the Indian banks.
