The visualization of business in the digital space is a key management task in the modern conditions of digitization, globalization and dynamic business environment. Proclaiming the official company culture on the Internet is essential for improving the image of companies on the market and, as a result, the indicators of their activity. The objective of this paper is to outline the characteristics of the corporate culture of construction companies from the Varna region published on the Internet, their specifics and direction, and on this basis to propose some guidelines for its improvement, with a view to better visualizing the strategic organizational priorities of the companies in virtual space. The research tools used include descriptive statistical analysis, content analysis and comparison method. The obtained results show that the desire to proclaim the mission, vision, values and other elements of the official company culture is not very prominent among the companies studied, which prefer to disclose other information on their web pages.

The report researches the labor market in the Construction sector. It is one of the leading sectors in the Bulgarian economy. Regardless of the phases of the economic cycle in which it is lo-cated, construction has a significant contribution to the economic growth. It has a relatively constant share in the gross domestic product. At this time, it is one of the most sensitive to the economic crisis and shocks. It recovers relatively slowly. Labor migration and uncompetitive incomes further exac-erbate the negative trends. A leading trend in the development of the employees and the average salary in the sector has been identified. It is done a comparative analysis of the effect of the global financial and economic crisis on labor market indicators. Employment is found to be much more sensitive to the crisis than salary. Estimates have been done on the future values of labor market.

This article is an attempt to explore the impact of crises and especially the COVID-19 crisis on the working capital of construction companies. А research was conducted and the relevant indicators were calculated for 37 companies operating in the territory of the Varna region. As a result of the study there was found no significant impact of the crisis on the activity of construction companies for the period 2019 – 2021.

Real estate and its impact to the wider economy was in the centre of the global financial crisis from 2007/2008. Nonetheless, its inflation hedging characteristics as an investment asset are of strong interest to economists and asset managers. The performance of real estate assets in various economic environments has been subject to analyses which indicate that residential properties most successfully hedge their value against inflation. This paper includes a review of different countries’ housing markets and studies the development of the Bulgarian housing market and its performance against inflation after the recovery from the global financial crisis.

The report examines the challenges facing small countries in relation to the entry of artificial intelligence into social and economic life and the digital transformation of the Western world. The main risks and threats to the security, governance and digital future of countries with more modest capabilities are presented. Many countries have to solve the complex task of finding the balance between digitization and economic development on the one hand and their security, digital sovereignty and economic future on the other. Changes in the security environment present small countries with existential challenges, where in the digital arena they may die.

The scientific material reviews the most important scientific developments related to the digital transformation from standard bank stress tests to their reverse profiles. The author refers to many authors discussing the problem. Peter Grundke and Kamil Pliszka scored 6 steps on the reverse stress test. An attempt is made to define the concepts by Christian Thun, Juan M. Licari and Mark Zandi, as shown in Figure 1. The Hybrid Approach to Reverse Stress Testing includes is also briefly discussed. Three concusions have been drawn, regarding the matter of the review.

Values are often linked with nations or regions, and the relationship between values and behaviour is well established. Aim: The aim of the study is to provide a multi-dimensional description of economic values across several countries and to link these values with gross national income, a proxy to wealth. Method: Cross sectional country-level data on five economic values (from the World Values Survey) were related to GNI per capita data (from the World Bank). The relationship of each economic variable with GNI were calculated. Results: Compete data for 65 countries were available. The data revealed certain economic values (e.g., Private ownership being favoured above government ownership of business and industry) are significant predictors of GNI. Other economic values (e.g., Competition as being good or harmful) are not significant predictors of GNI. Discussion: Certain economic values are present in countries where levels of wealth is high. Formal or mainstream support for these values may contribute to wealth creation. Conclusion: Country-level wealth can be explained by differences in the economic values regarded in specific countries. Wealth may increase if these values are endorsed.

The rights that women have been obtaining are more the result of individual struggles, with legal recognition, through the exercise of the tutela action and the issuance of the corresponding sentences that resolve them. The historically discriminated woman then becomes a subject of special constitutional protection, in fact, what the Jurisprudence has called a reinforced protection that shows that her rights have been disregarded unlike those of men who do not seem to require, in general, this constitutional guarantee. Through the exercise of the tutela action and in the instance of review, the Honorable Constitutional Court has issued sentences that have generated new rights by issuing Jurisprudence on the issues under review. It is through the use of the tutela action that women have been obtaining rights that historically have been denied to them and that, even once recognized through different judicial rulings, continue to be violated by the abuse of the law by judges or institutions in charge of enforcing the rights, once recognized. It is important to remember that the exercise of the tutela action is only appropriate in Colombian law to protect and guarantee those fundamental rights contemplated as such in articles 11 to 41 of the Political Constitution of Colombia.
