Azerbaijan is an important country for Turkey due to its cultural and geographical proximity. Valuable underground resources play an important role in the development of Azerbaijan’s economy. Bilateral trade with Azerbaijan is important for Turkey given Turkey’s dependence on oil and natural gas imports. In this study, the relationship between trade with Azerbaijan and Turkey’s economic growth is investigated. Toda-Yamamoto causality test suggested by Hacker and Hatemi-J (2006) is applied on quarterly data for the period 1999- 2014 in the study. According to the results of the analysis there is a unidirectional relationship running from economic growth to exports to Azerbaijan.

This situation gave birth to the importance of economic intelligence, economy of developed countries and capital enterprise has led to economic intelligence biasing. In the pre-war and post-war preparation, sectoral investments, countries will make trade agreements have played an important role in the economic intelligence. Economic intelligence activity still continues today.

The aim of this study was found out students’ views, who was in Social Studies Education, on Turkey’s European Union member process of, in the future. In addition, face-to-face interviews conducted in order to obtain more depth information. Study was evaluated with qualitative data analysis. As a result of this study is that the views of the students’ receive no Turkey to the EU. The student were expressed that the reason was the religion of Islam and the abundance of the Turkish population. They also recommend that Turkey must been a member of the Eurasian Union instead of the European Union.

KÜRESEL REKABETTE MARKA YARATMADA SOSYAL MEDYANIN ROLÜ

Globalization, especially in the last quarter of the century in parallel with rapid development of information technology, has increased, which almost rendered obsolete the borders of communication and interaction among countries and her peoples. As a result of the globalized world, national and regional markets have turned into a single global market, offering new opportunities for businesses and companies. However, emerging market opportunities have also moved the competition in the businesses to a global dimension as well. In this study, due to the number of active users and popularity of social media environments also considered as a beneficial mass access tool, the benefits for company brand recognition and awareness for companies in global competition and effects on global competitiveness have been researched and analyzed through a survey. In conclusion, the user awareness and approach towards to the companies taking part in social media environment are much different, in a better aspect, than the companies not listed and also it is observed that social media environment is useful for companies in global competition with respect to the brand recognition, advertisement and communication strategies.

The theoretical basis of the study relies on energy and win-win theories. Energy plans and strategies of Kazakhstan are included into the study. We mention about a network of interest group called as “global capital”, dominating global money and capital, precipitating the nations into wars, for the sake of their individual, family and corporation interests. They earn a great deal of money from the wars thru stock exchange and arms trading. They want to control whole world by founding a world state or a world order serving for them. The world is ruled by those dark families and dirty corporations. Elected leaders of nations either will do what they demand or suffer from the cabals. They aim to have a perpetual dynasty by gaining new colonies. They are not a part any process, they are invisible, and there is no any government able to make influence on them. They are in competition among themselves. Almost in every country, some owners of corporations, employer syndicates, mass media kings, academicians who are in the pursuance of fame, career and monetary interests make effort to be inside of that network. Acknowledgement and pursuit of those people acting in cosmopolitan spirit within the state, political party or university would be one of the critical national security concern in the 21 st century.

The register mentioned above has all necessary sources such as wealth sources, population movements, ethnic structure, foundations, administrative and military structure, system of the state. The main aim of this work is to eliminate the deficiencies by evaluating all data in the register written in Suleyman The Magnificent’s time and works about Honaz and its income sources, settlement, population, foundations, socio-cultural structure of that period and also provide materials which can be used safely and easily by the historians who search this topic.

Briefly, Information Technology (IT) is “all of information systems based on computer from main systems to microcomputers” or “obtaining information via computers, processing, storage and distribution of the necessary places” defined as. Businesses make investments in technology in order to be there in a globalized world. Information technology is a large part of these investments. The aim of this study is to reveal IT investments how affects the cost of production in enterprises which seeking to achieve the maximum profit with minimum cost. Fort his purpose, operating in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, Banko Paint Factory were examined in terms of the cost of production before and after is done automation investment. According to results of our research have been identified businesses engaged in investment in information technology reduced cost in labor (0.77) and manufacturing costs (0.67).

After starting the process of dissolution of the Soviet Union in the 1990s, Russia has faced severe economic crises. Consumer goods and services due to the central economic policies of Soviet-era were lagging behind all around the world. With the economic crisis that erupted in Asia in 1998, oil and natural gas prices have fallen and the Russian economy was greatly influenced by it. When we look at the economy of Russia, it can be seen that, Russia's economy gives foreign trade surplus, is self-contained and seems to have even more. Active labor force of the country's and natural resources give the impression that, the country's economy has a vibrant, sustainable and an open economy. However, high level of oil prices and favorable trade opportunities appearance as important reasons for the strong growth in Russia.

Energy consumption and the need to continue on a global scale, as in the past and in recent years. Oil and natural gas will continue to be the primary energy source until 2030 despite all the alternatives to meet this need. As a result of this situation, energy resources will continue to be one of the most important determinants of the twenty-first century. In addition, at least a half century, dominance of oil in the field of energy will continue to. Energy experts frequently reported that the “cheap oil” era has ended and price volatility in the oil market will continue to today.The Caucasus and Turkestan (Central Asia) regions including the Turkish Republics maintained its importance throughout history due to various reasons. Today, however, due to the rich energy resources, especially oil and natural gas, they took part in the world’s agenda. In this study, the important actors of the energy wars and reserve status of the energy resources of the Turkish Republics in the Caucasus and Turkestan regions were briefly described. In addition, as well as importance of energy resources for the region and the world’s nations, beginning in the late twentieth century and growing competition over energy resources of the Caspian Sea were discussed today.

The tourism industry is one of the rapidly developing sectors in the world. Because it is a sector that contributes directly or indirectly to other sectors of the tourism industry to the economy of the country is one of the areas studied in detail the contribution is calculated. Kazakhstan declared its independence as of the date of the most valued within the sector, the tourism sector is also given importance. Tourism in Kazakhstan, especially after independence to occupy a place in the international tourism industry to develop rapidly and it is evident that are. Thus between the years of 1990-2014, the time series of gross domestic product (GDP) with variables and tourism revenues has been investigated by using the VAR model. The obtained empirical results, and economic growth in Kazakhstan tourism on the economic growth of tourism, it was determined that did not have an impact on. Consequently, the suggests that a reciprocal relationship exists between two variables, the result of the test integration.

The Soviet sovereignty over the Caspian Basin finished with the end of the Cold War and Turkish states in the region have increased opportunities to build relations with other states. However, end of the Cold War has not meant that finished the competition in Eurasia. On the contrary, the competition with the addition of new actors has reached a different dimension. The cause of increased competition is the ever-increasing geopolitical importance of the region as well as rich oil and natural gas reserves of Turkish Republics. Turkish Republics in the Caspian Basin through their energy deposits, rational and realistic policies are required to operate and reliable routes to reach world markets. Because, to be fully independent and stronger of the region states, increase the level of welfare of the peoples in the short and medium term depends on it.

Almost all societies have some citizens living in poverty. Although the most severe poverty is in the developing world, there is evidence of poverty in every region. The fight against poverty is usually regarded as a social goal and many governments have some dedicated institutions or departments. Poverty itself is also likely to be a barrier for poverty reduction. In general, the government can directly help those in need. However another method in helping to fight poverty is to use microfinance approach. Microfinance tries to fight global poverty and bring opportunities to the world’s poorest people. With tiny loans and financial services, it helps the poor, mostly women, start businesses and escape poverty. Also microfinance is not only financial aids for the poor but also its social improvements. As previous studies have implied sustainability and cost-effectiveness within the microfinance programme is important for the long-run poverty reduction in the Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. In this study focus on some solutions for Central Asia poverty problem such as mikrofinance approach. Also it examines the Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan conditions the aspect of poverty and microfinance practices.

INDUSTRIAL AND RESOURCE POTENTIAL AND GEOPOLITICAL POSITIONS OF NATIONS

Availability of natural resources and the level of production potential to a large extent determine the character of a country’s interaction with other countries. Owing to approximately same level of technological development of nations in ancient times, the difference between them mainly consisted in the possession of various natural resources being typical for certain geo-climatic conditions. For instance, northern nations possessed and thereafter exported to other countries fur and honey, nomadic peoples exported livestock products, coastal nations exported marine products etc. Nevertheless as a result of creation by some nations of certain goods production technologies and keeping their secret, then already certain differentiation between nations arose in point of possession of production resources. For instance, China for a long time had exclusive position in production of silk and porcelain etc. The role of industrial production as a strategic factor significantly increased in XVIII-XIX centuries, when industrial revolution took place in several Western European countries and USA, as a result of which technological and quantitative levels of goods manufacturing in these countries considerably outrun all other countries. Owing to the growth of production European nations faced the need in colonies as raw materials source for developing industries and as markets for industrial products sales.

AVRASYA BÖLGESEL ENTEGRASYONUNDA TÜRK DÜNYASININ PERSPEKTİFLERİ (ECO ÖRNEĞİNDE)

ECO began to its activity in 1964-1979s, but its preexistence is related to the decision of Turkey, Iran and Pakistan in 1985. After the decline of the USSR, former Soviet Republics as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kirgizia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan entered to ECO.
