The Evaluation Possibilities of Procedural Justice in Organizations. Paper discusses the findings of the survey of employer - employees relations and issues connected with process of dismissal. Its objectives were 1. to find out the referential frames people use in justice evaluation of dismissal process and 2. to detect the level of their stability in different social contexts and different life situations. Data were collected in the experimental situation of the decision-making about an employee's dismissal (four independent groups; 197 respondents in total) and processed by the factor analysis that revealed the four main criteria (43,6 % of variance) of justice evaluation: 1. participation of an unbiased actor; 2. participation of employees on decision-making; 3. feeling of importance and usefulness of employee for organization and 4. out-of-work and personal qualities of employee taken into consideration.
