This paper illustrates the view that literary history is not a compact linear construct that comes from the past and goes into the future evenly. It is a sequence of moments of uneven meaning, showing periods of change or stagnation. This paper aims to identify some significant moments in the history of Romanian-French collaboration. While it is typically mediatized as an evem and glorious process, this very tradition is questionable. Despite some rebellious voices – e.g. Nicolae Iorga, who would not stand for the imitative condition of Romanian culture, or Benjamin Fundoianu, who urged Romanian writers to become artistically independent – there were some instances of genuine collaboration (e.g. interwar surrealists such as Gherasim Luca and Gellu Naum). And then there came the eighties with the shift towards the English vein.

Hybrid warfare is a form of undeclared and unconventional interstate confrontation, having an open or covered approach, carried out in a smart and effective manner on multiple plans, such as: political, military, diplomatic, economic and also in the field of: energy,finance, propaganda, media, cyber, subversive, as its aim is to attain the political objectives without the widespread use of violence and armed forces. 1 Hybrid warfare links the currently existing security concerns of the EU and NATO, which is why it should be a priority of strategic thinking in Romania, the more so as it is made visible at the eastern border of our country. By strengthening the culture of security nationwide it would be possible to reinforce the defense capability of the country in the context of the new types of vulnerabilities.

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the influence of sensorimotor coordination development on the technical execution of balance beam dismounts in the case of junior gymnasts aged 12 to 15 years. To achieve the purpose and objectives of the research, we used the following methods: review of specialized literature; pedagogical observation method; pedagogical experiment method; tests method; video computerized method of biomechanical analysis; method of movement postural orientation; statistical-mathematical method and graphical representation method. In this study we used 3 tests of assessment of sensorimotor coordination development: test 1 – stuck landing; test 2 –”Briuk” test, static balance and test 3 – static-kinematic stability. The biomechanical analysis was made by means of Physics ToolKit Version 6.0 program, monitoring the key elements of sports technique used in the dismounts off balance beam. The study findings show the level of sensorimotor coordination development in terms of spatial-temporal orientation, vestibular coordination and balance, kinematic and dynamic analysis of sports technique key elements regarding body segments trajectories, angular speeds and force momentum during dismounts off balance beam. As for the correlation of sensorimotor coordination indicators with performance results on balance beam, there are significant differences which confirm the influence of the sensorimotor coordination on junior gymnasts’ technical training on this apparatus. Also, the evaluation of sensorimotor coordination consistent with the biomechanical analysis of sports technique of dismounts off balance beam in the case of junior gymnasts aged 12 to 15 highlights their influence on the technical training and performances achieved in competitions.

The purpose of this paper is to improve the assessment system through diversified application of gymnastics means content in the discipline of physical education and sport in primary education. The assessment included 6 test events chosen from the National System of Assessment at Physical Education and Sport in Primary School. These test events are: in the 1st semester – long lasting running, memorization of a set of free general physical development exercises, the level of initiation in gymnastics regarding the execution of isolated acrobatic elements; in the 2nd semester – strength of upper limbs by tractions on the gym bench and strength of lower limbs – standing long jump, 25 m speed running and dexterity test by 3 m distance target horizontal throwing with two hands from below. The diversified use of gymnastics means content within the instructive-educational process in primary school contributed to the improvement of the assessment system and to the more effective achievement of the learning units included in the curricular area at this level.

Our regulation in the field of companies has faced and undergone numerous changes both in terms of ideology but especially in terms of circumstances. Without making an exhaustive and complete historical presentation of the evolution of company regulations in Romania, we mention only the provisions of the Commercial Code and of Law no. 31/1990 as the contemporary benchmarks with regard to the relevant provisions of the regulations on (commercial) companies with legal personality but also in the matter of the administration of companies.These two pieces of legislation have successively undergone changes as a result of the need to adjust them to the current social reality and then as a result of need to align them with the standards imposed by the Community law in the matter of companies and that of the administration of companies.The Commercial Code, in its initial form, mentioned the position of administrator at art. 90 par. (8) when specifying the content of the instruments of incorporation or the statutes of anonymous companies and those of limited partnerships. This form of the article was preserved until 23.08.1940 when it was modified by the Commercial Code of Carol II - Decree-Law no. 2773/1940 for the implementation of the Carol II Commercial Code.This form of the Commercial Code, except for the provisions regarding the company and administration abrogated by the Law no. 31/1990, remained in force until the entry into force of the new Civil Code.

The article examines the behavior of masonry walls made up of ceramic blocks wit vertical gaps under seismic actions. Unreinforced and reinforced masonry are compared with respect to their behavior under cyclic horizontal tests. 9 tests were carried vor constant vertical loading and cyclic horizontal loading. The results allow for understanding the importance of reinforced masonry in seismic areas. Numerical simulations, using the same types of walls, were compared to the experimental results.

Phraseology, as an important language compartment, has a dynamic character. The dynamics of phraseology is manifested by the increasing number of phraseological units and by their modification, as well as by a very productive phenomenon of phraseological variation, "phraseological derailment", which is a type of reorganization (by de-structuring / re-structuring the signifier and the signified of the phraseological unit) that occurs spontaneously or with a stylistic intent. "Phraseological derailment", the emergence of phraseological duplicates, whether ephemeral or occasional, is a testimony to the fact that phraseological units are dynamic models. The perpetual competition between canonical forms alias traditional ones as well as between various duplicates and innovative variants catalyses multiple changes in expression and content. The article focuses on the dynamics of phraseological units with archaic elements in modern Romanian from the perspective of the phenomenon of "phraseological derailment" and related phenomena, highlighting, as much as possible, a series of changes of form and meaning of some phraseological models consecrated by use as canonical and traceable forms in Romanian dictionaries.

In order to be in a permanent equilibrium, the human body needs small quantities of heavy metals. When heavy metals from water, air or ingested food exceed normal concentrations, they can be a real danger to the health of the individual, causing health disorders that can culminate in the death of the person. But what can happen when these small amounts of heavy metals are introduced into the body, constantly, at short intervals? If in the bone, aluminum replaces calcium in the mineralization process, can we consider that the body can gradually adapt and accept a higher concentration of heavy metals without completely attacking and destroying any organ? Can heavy metals become "invisible enemies", difficult to detect, due to events similar to other diseases? Can, also, all these reactions of the body to intoxicating, against a background of emotional disturbance, to push the subject to suicide?

It has been frequently analyzed, in the doctrine and practice of commercial law, whether it is opportune to conclude an individual employment contract between the administrator and the limited liability company or a mandate contract. In the context of the free movement of persons in the Member States of the European Union, we consider that it is necessary to have a comparative analysis of company law, especially in the particular matter of the administrator-society relationship. The present study proposes an analysis of compared law between the provisions of Romanian law and those of French law regarding the management of contracts that may intervene between the administrator and the company. Thus, the difficulties related to determining the possibility or not of the administrator to conclude an individual employment contract with the limited liability company can find their solution through a mirror analysis of another legislative model.

The study is contributing to the development of the existing theory and practice in the field of innovative entrepreneurship through identifying the factors which influence the economic and financial performance and, implicitly, the survival rate of academic spin-off (ASO) and academic start-up (ASU) organizations. The importance of the research is given by the actuality of this subject and by the fact that in Romania it is still a controversial field, considering that there have been no studies about the factors that influence the survival of these two types of innovative organizations. ASOs and ASUs are founded for exploiting the practical results of scientific research which is transferred from the academic environment into the industrial environment for the purpose of being commercialized.

The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was in 2018 and the news about their marriage has played a major role in international arena. In fact, this has been an important issue for the media before their marriage. Media from all over the world concentrated on the family of Meghan, her education, her profession, her first marriage and all the details about her past before the marriage. Naturally, the day of the wedding was the primary agenda of the media. Accordingly, her pregnancy, the baby and her motherhood started to become focus point. Nowadays, she has been on the agenda with the Megxit crisis, which denotes the combination of the words Meghan and exit with reference to the exit of Britain from the European Union, Brexit. This study will evaluate the attitude of Western newspapers towards Megxit crisis since this became a major royal crisis and thus, a significant piece of news for the Western media in particular. The main aim of the paper is to examine the representation of the role played by Meghan Markle on the Megxit crisis on several British newspapers. Therefore, a number of newspapers such as The Guardian, Daily Mail and Independent will be investigated and an academic literature will be evaluated in order to reach the aim. Those three newspapers are selected since they represent center of the left, right and conservatives. The method of the study is discourse analysis since Megxit crisis represents a number of key issues regarding representation of women and gender. The study underlines the feminist perspective in its investigation and analysis. The gendered language of the newspapers will be explored and analyzed during the discourse analysis. The possible findings of the study will be the demonstration of the crash of two strong women, Meghan and the Queen.

International studies of early maturity are today at an advanced stage of research and practical application, in the form of applied methodological programs and strategies, educational and cultural policy approaches. Psycho-pedagogical care for gifted children requires a number of conceptual clarifications such as the identification of overadotation, the typical reactions of parents and teachers to the atypical responses of highly gifted children, personalized and differentiated educational pathways, the special training of teachers for the educational and extra-school activation of highly gifted students. An equally important chapter is that of the critical aspects of the emotional development of highly gifted children. The conceptual boundaries in this area are not exactly easy. There are distinctions between the concepts of talent, precociousness, overdose and geniality, each highlighting specific features. Thus, the success of an educational program depends to a large extent on the activities of teachers. Teachers without special training in the training of highly gifted students sometimes show disinterested and even hostile toward such students. Instead, teachers who have been specially trained and experienced with highly gifted students tend to be enthusiastic and show interest in working with them (Feldhusen and Hansen, 1988). The countries that stand out through various research and analyze the different aspects of the education of highly gifted students are also those that have been most concerned with the training of specialists in various fields.

Wetlands are generally considered to be the most vulnerable ecosystems in the landscape. Over recent years, characterized by their continued decline, specific attention is paid to their protection. There are a lot of domestic and international projects, which are focused on ensuring effective protection of wetland ecosystems, based on a thorough knowledge of their internal structure and functionality. The aim of this paper is to point to the current landscape development of this protected site, focusing on an open water area, the existence of which is a prerequisite for preserving the biodiversity and conservation of this site.

C5ISR is an acronym that stands for command, control, communications, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. It plays a vital role in both combat missions and military operations by supplying real-time information to military forces so that they can make the necessary decisions while they are engaged in combat. This article aims to analyze how C5ISR systems may be effectively integrated onboard maritime platforms such as ships or submarines, including shore-based command centers, in order to enhance mission effectiveness. Incorporating artificial intelligence into the decision-making process (D), planners will be provided with optimal solutions for establishing mission objectives and priorities, as well as the most effective means of achieving them. The first aspect that will be covered, is a description of C2 architecture, which is really the foundation for C4ISR, C5ISR, and even C6ISR. Following, we connected this essential debate into a summarization of the differences between the aforementioned systems, providing answers regarding their implications, meaning, and constant upgrading. Throughout this study, after a process of data collection and analysis, we will also enumerate some of the major players in the C5ISR Market and mention a few technical systems that are already present in the maritime operational environment.

In this article, we are placing an analysis of the current crisis that erupted at the Russian-Ukrainian border. The main purpose is to identify possible hidden causes that could influence evolution. For this purpose, we have developed a comparative analysis of the current situation, taking attention to the similarities with the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. Next, using the hypothetical-deductive analysis, we will highlight what could be the major objectives of the big actors involved and what could be the big dilemmas they are facing in decision-making. At the end of the paper, we will submit the conclusions by following the analyzes that we have proposed. The motivation for choosing this topic is to understand the future of the crisis and to focus on the crisis in the interests of the EU and NATO in general, and especially in Romania. The novelty of the research lies in comparing the evolution of the actual state of the situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border, with the one of1962, when the tensions between NATO and the former Warsaw Treaty Organization reached their peak, as well as from the analysis based on the fundamental differences between the democratic regimes and the totalitarian ones, focused on identifying the objectives of great importance that each of the parties wants to achieve.

The paper analyses the main factors that cause fires in vehicles. The paper also aims to present two particular cases in which fires in ambulances had unusual causes. The analysis of common causes of vehicle fires and unusual causes will highlight a number of relevant conclusions regarding the circumstances of vehicle fires and a number of measures to be taken to reduce the risk of vehicle fires.
