The article analyses the problem of multilingualism and its impact on the practices of learning and teaching at school. An attempt was made to theorize multilingualism as a didactic phenomenon. The categories “chronotop”, “heteroglossia” and “social competence” are defined as key. Based on these categories, specific research is needed in the multicultural classroom in Bulgarian reality, with the aim of creating a new type of mastering methodology, both in native language and in several foreign languages.

INCLUSION OF STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS - A VISIBLE SOLUTION FOR ROMANIAN EDUCATION?

Romanian education alignment of international regulations imposed inclusion of children with special educational needs in mainstream schools. The paper aims to examine whether the measures were taken to Romania to adopt the policy of inclusion - creating complementary to educational services and introduction of new specialist schools - are proving effective. Difficulties of collaboration between the professionals who have a recognized status and the new specialists, "double constraint" experienced by teachers forced to choose between a focus on students with special educational needs who require individual support or the rest of the class, secondary adaptive mechanisms they use to accommodate inclusion policy (neglect, undifferentiated treatment of pupils with special educational needs to the rest of the class, use inappropriate methods of discipline etc.) are reasons that make inclusion of pupils with special educational needs to be a source of conflict in the Romanian education. In addition, it presents the phenomenon of institutional violence on students with special educational needs.

SOCIAL VARIABLES IN THE MORAL EDUCATION FROM THE NATIONAL CURRICULUM PERSPECTIVE

The moral-civic conduct represents the externalization, the objectifying of the moral-civic consciousness in acts and actions of various concrete situations in which the child is. One plan covers “the interior” plan, the other one “the exterior” plan of the moral personality. Morality can be sketched, provisionally defined as a real, collective and individual phenomenon, comprising both rules (principles) that govern the human relations and human types of activities and all the (subjective and objective) manifestations which are made in various degrees and ways into these rules, which assess the collective and individual appreciations.(Cătineanu, T., 1982: 60-62)Specifying the social, extrinsic tasks related to a social order, makes it possible to sighting the location and the status that ethics plays in the social disciplines. Ethics has a dual status, being a theoretical discipline of a philosophical and scientific nature.

The aim of this paper is to present the results of educational research undertaken by students from Plovdiv School and associated with the construction of a model for the implementation of the teaching-research approach to studying the topic of mechanical oscillations and waves. This model includes certain components related to the formation of learning research tasks and the development of scenarios for the study of certain phenomena and specific applications of mechanical waves. It describes the expected results of such organized training and the concrete application of certain constructivist learning methods that are relevant to the research approach.

SCHOOL ABANDONMENT AT THE LEVEL OF ROMA POPULANTION

School abandonment is a serious problem faced by the contemporary society; school has become to be abandoned, above all, because today it does not matter in the hierarchs, it is not perceived as a value in itself; both children and pupils no longer think of school as a future. The effects of school dropout show that this type of behavior is considered particularly serious. First, those who abandon school do not have the professional qualification indispensable for the socio-economic integration, nor the moral and civic formation necessary for the exercising the parent and the citizen role of a community. Secondly, with no qualifications, those who drop out of school are the future unemployed and represent, in a medium and long term, the source of social and loss-making difficulties that exceed the investment required by the initial training. Our article analyzes the school drop out among Roma children from several general perspectives on the education of Roma children. A first perspective, which could be called the socio-economic one, attempts to explain the poor school attendance of Roma children as a direct consequence of the poverty situation in which a large part of this population is found. A second type of approach, related to the ethnic stereotypes, explains the reduced school participation of the Roma through cultural differences, by their different lifestyles.

This paper presents a view to the notion System of tasks as a pedagogical approach, which means education trough tasks. It covers all steps in the teaching process – introduction of a new knowledge, training and application. The multilevel model of the system of tasks is proposed here. Its design is based on hierarchy: objectives and planned achievements; selection of the tasks; organization, teaching technics and tools. The implementation of the system of tasks is illustrated for the first level on the Solid geometry topic on Intersections for upper secondary school, elective form of education. The teaching technics proposed are strongly based on using computer software as a tool for visualization and animation.

Review and Improved Technique of the Initial Rate Method

It is claimed that, in certain circumstances, initial-rate method (IRM) has advantages over the integral method (IM). But, the IRM will only be effective if the con¬centration change is less than 5 % and the rate constant (k) obtained should be checked with IM. There are two main purposes of this research. First, to prove that the claim is invalid and the IRM can be used on broader concentration changes. In addition, the rate law model used in the claimed is invalid for reaction that takes place in two mechanisms. Second, to find a new form of IRM equation, which does not require IM checks. This study used the oxidation of formic acid with bromine as a reaction model. The values of n and k of this reaction at two mechanisms were determined by the IM, and then by the conventional IRM, the method used in the claim, and by the new IRM generated by this study. All of k values are compared by using IM as the standard. The proposed method is claimed valid if the error percentage of k is less than 5 %. Despite the shortcomings, the results show that the new IRM is valid and more reliable.

For Bulgarian education today, the use of inner horizontal and vertical relationships is an important condition for the passability, upgrading and sustainability of the knowledge in the classroom. The article shows shared personal experience for integrating Mathematics with new technologies, as well as updating teaching strategies in the era of rapid development of applied sciences and technical discoveries. Exemplary lesson, designed for 11th grade students, includes knowledge from all previous classes and demonstrates students a small example of mathematical modelling using the capabilities of the modern mathematics cabinet.

This study determines the theoretical, methodical and professional readiness of pedagogy students to use the teaching of seasonal changes in order to form the basics of natural science education in elementary schools. The knowledge, observation and analysis of the seasons are among the first ideas, related to natural science, that form in the mind of a child. In our latitudes, where four seasons turn, the impressions and sensory experiences are an important prerequisite for the formation of a complete and detailed sensory base of children’s knowledge. The sensory basis is a key factor in developing important aspects of knowledge in the field of natural sciences (changes and development of natural objects, related to animate and inanimate nature, as well as cyclic recurrence of natural processes) when educating children in the subjects of The World Around and People and Nature. In this process, one of the preconditions for the formation of basic knowledge in natural science is the inclusion of the cause-and-effect approach as a general cognitive scheme in the education

The article examines the essence of the term „design“, which is increasingly used in scientific publications on didactics. The position to be defended here is related to the transformations in the theory of learning and the expanding influence on the role of situativity in the realization of the teacher-student interaction. The communication between them is related to the expertise in which the complex relationships between strategic thinking and action lead to the emergence of the „learning“ reality. Particularly important features of the design are creativity and perfectionality. Thanks to them, the teacher designs the training course in full and provides various scenarios for the course. In this respect, the knowledge and use of learning theories is an important prerequisite for the realization of the design approach to teaching.

Physico-chemical and optical properties of sunflower oil with basilicum (Ocimum basilicum), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) and walnut oil have been investigated. Adding herbs to the sunflower oil increases the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids carotene and chlorophyll. The sunflower oil with basilicum (Ocimum basilicum) shows a fluorescence peak at about 555 nm, which is due to the high carotene content. All samples show a peak between 741 nm and 746 nm range, which is due to pigments different from chlorophyll, and those containing herbs and a chlorophyll peak at about 683 nm.

The present article presents regulatory requirements for school assessment of students regulated by Regulation No. 11 of 01.09.2016. The forms, types, manner and classifications of assessment are discussed in the article. The general provisions, principles and institutes in the process of assessment in the school education system, the action and force of the new Ordinance are considered. A comparative study with the previous Regulation No. 3 of April 15, 2003 is made in order to present the dynamics of change of the educational policy in the assessment system at schools. Some de lege ferenda proposals for legislative changes are made in order to improve the cited legal framework. Due to its ontological nature, the present article does not discuss the problems of the assessment of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and students studying arts and sports. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, it is assumed that all texts that do not cited by law are texts from Regulation No 11 of 01.09.2016.
