Struktura organizacyjna jako wsparcie dla procesu dzielenia się wiedzą w przedsiębiorstwie
The article discusses the problem of identification relations between the organizational structure and the process of sharing knowledge in enterprise. It was found that conscious and appropriate modeling of organizational structure is essential to improve flow of knowledge in the organization, by the same token can support participants of the process of sharing knowledge. Based on research conducted on a sample of 100 representatives from high-tech companies, it was demonstrated that the conversion of individual knowledge into team and organizational knowledge is favorably affected mostly by high flexibility and networking, and inhibited by high centralization and formalization. Specialization is the most difficult structural attribute to determine, and its narrow or wide degree both supports and inhibits the process of sharing knowledge in the organization.
