In the study, the problem of age management as a symptom of managing diversity in contemporary organizations, has been taken up. The key issue was to identify skills of age management among representatives of the managers with regard to particular aspects of age policy. The statistical tools for analyses and drawing conclusions included cross tables and the χ2 test. The examination was made among representatives of varied age groups (early, middle, and late adulthood).
