The exhibition of archival documents (archive exhibitions) since the 19th century have become recognizable and constant content of the paper archives. Each exhibition of archival documents is an important archival project that requires teamwork, which is very important not only for the preparation and implementation, but also for the overall effect of the exhibition and which ultimately boils down to identifying the significance of archival activities. The exhibition of archival documents may be different, depending on the content, purpose, time, place and manner of presentation and others. Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the special Archive of Tuzla Canton, long ago recognized the importance of archival exhibitions to promote the work of archives and archival activities. I want to archive this business reached large proportions. Exhibitions are used to animate the cultural public to understand the importance of archival documents and archival activities in their communities. In fact we have gone further, but the archival exhibitions become suitable vision interarchival and international cooperation archives, what is of great importance and exhibition activities of the Archives of Tuzla Canton.

PROBLEMATIKA ZAŠTITE ARHIVSKOGA GRADIVA U NASTAJANJU NA PODRUČJU NADLEŽNOSTI DRŽAVNOG ARHIVA U OSIJEKU

In order to preserve the archival materials of permanent value it is necessary to conduct on-site inspections (controls) of the registries. The workers of the archival control agencies are involved in the process of preservation in several ways. They give instructions on the arrangement and the conditions in the repositories, the intellectual and physical arrangement of the materials, making the regulations and schedules. They also participate in the work of internal committees, review the proposed materials for the disposal, and issue decisions related to disposal and accession of the archival materials. The work on the preservation of the archival materials outside archival institutions is limited by a number of aggravating factors, including insufficient number of trained registry personnel, and lack of positive attitude of the holders of the materials and society in general towards archival materials as cultural heritage. It is, therefore, necessary, in order to achieve full preservation of the materials in the registries, to maintain a permanent cooperation between the holders and the archival institutions, as well as a continuous education and training of the workers in the registries.

Web use of ARIS – Archival regional information system was introduced for cataloguing at the creators and in the Regional archives of Koper as well since 2009. Work with it is introducing many novelties ina archival practice, because it demands new approaches and shapes of cooperation with creators.Governmental and local administration in last three decades creates large amount of documents and much wider specter of documentary materials which is increasingly more heaviliy manageable from point of view of classical approach to archival cataloguing.From this reason next to tehnical meatness of archival material and of its catalouging that is determined with the valid legislation, is so important question of appropriate and successful computer support to the process of selecting of archival material from documentary material. The web application ARIS offers, bearing in mind determined normative principles and international standards, completely support over execution of mentioned working processes on minimal costs to both: to creators of archival material and to archives.Systemically efficiency of our computer support confirms incremental number of users of ARIS for cataloguing, above all in field of governmental and local authority and judiciary, that are introducing the largest creators of archival material.

International standards for classifying and listing of archival materials are applicable (functional) for archival profession in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Experience of archivists in the Archives of Tuzla Canton clearly confirm this statement.Selective approach to the application of these international standards stipulates a number of factors related to the lack of uniform legal archival legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a certain conservatism of the profession in terms of satisfying the usual means of professional work, fear of change, understanding of international standards solely as something designed for informational structures, etc. Where these benefits may be less significant application of international standards, in whole or in part, is significantly higher. The pragmatic reasons are absolutely consistent with application of international standards, with due respect for specifics that come to the fore as a result of fragmentary archival holdings.

UKLJUČIVANJE ARHIVSKE DJELATNOSTI U BOSNI I HERCEGOVINI U MEĐUNARODNE TOKOVE

The issue of using information technology in archival science is one of the most actual and complex issues. Direct involvment in resolving certain issues in this area and finding the right way to customize these solutions to fit the needs of archival service in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is certainly an issue that can not and must not be neglected.The need and right to information greatly affected a new direction, focused on development of modern and archival science and the process of archival work, while also establishing a faster, simpler and more accesible access to an information. Modern archival direction, without modernization and use of information technology and without direct involvement in the process of computerization, lacks perspective and any viable future. Continuation of traditional, classical work and activities is not sufficient to answer the most important demands and challenges of modern society set in front of archives and archival services of the country. Therefore, the use of modern information technologies, primarily, follows the needs of modern archives, which allows them to carry out basic tasks as institutions.An important step in this plan is the inclusion of institutions in various international associations within which, through various projects, we can find a common way while trying to resolve some basic issues related to storing and presenting of archival materials. In the past few years, Historical Archive of Sarajevo, Archives of Tuzla Canton and Archival Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina became members of the International Council on Archives (ICA) and ICARUS, and thus opened a new chapter in the development of archival service in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This membership opens up new opportunities for these archives, as well as the entire country's archival service.

CJELOVITOST ARHIVSKIH FONDOVA KAO USLOV OSTVARIVANJA GRAĐANSKIH PRAVA (ISKUSTVO ARHIVA TK)

The Archive, as an institution of public character, is obliged to take over archival material from creators and owners of the same, and to ensure use of archival material for administrative and scientific purposes. This requirement is certainly dependent on supply, i.e. archival materials that archive possesses in their own warehouses, and the success of this work began much earlier than the moment archival material is on the shelves of archival repositories. Therefore, the creators of archival materials must take care of and preserve archival materials in the making until its final submission to the competent archival institution.The analysis we have done clearly shows the amounts of stored material, and the percentage of positively resolved applications submitted by legal entities and individuals indicates the degree of preservation of archival materials submitted to the Archives. Percentage of submitted requests in the past three years from the funds of municipal administration is gradually declining as a result of completion of the process of legalization of facilities in the municipalities, while increasing the percentage of requests for other funds stored in the Archives of Tuzla Canton. Generally, we can be satisfied with positive percentage of claims resolved, which is gradually approaching to satisfactory level. Regarding individual results, archival material of some funds is on the rise when it comes to positively been cleared, which in these years is over 70 and even 80%. Only two municipalities meet the standard of over 70 claims resolved to customer requests. Kalesija has maintained only a small part of the archival materials and there are minimum requirements of users, only three in last three years.A negative response to the request can be caused by a lack of documents in archival material (incompleteness of funds), and less frequently by lack of relevant, and even inaccurate information that we get from users, then unpreparedness of funds (although unprapared funds are also used for this) and lack of a database. From the analysis carried out, we can clearly see that municipalities that have surrendered the least amount of material recorded the lowest number of claims.

Once created, urban green area cadastre is the foundation for the protection and maintenance of urban greenery with all architectural and horticultural elements in a particular area.According to the scope of required activities, the establishment of urban green area cadastre is carried out in nine stages. Although the establishment is divided in phases, all activities take place simultaneously. That is why it is not possible to clearly define the end of one and start another activity – stage. Specifically, definition of coverage by individual green area is the beginning of vector data production - vectorising. The advantage of this mode is the fact that the first results are visible immediately after the first collection of field data and their assembling into urban green area cadastre data model.Once formed urban green area cadastre is easily to upgradable with a tendency of increasing the exploitation possibilities. As such, it represents a tool for protection of cultural and biological heritage – green areas and old trees of historical significance.

ZA KOGA? ZA NAROD!?!

The availability of material is the basis of democracy. In the Republic of Croatia users of archives make 0, 158% of the population. Research about archival users it was not carried out yet. 7 of 19 state archives has not its own website. Archival law provides free usage of archival material and finding aids, which in practice is not the case. Citizens should use materials for protection their personal and fundamental human rights, as well as for the sheer pleasure and joy of learning and the propagation of knowledge, awareness and cognition.

Its primary function - collecting, processing, archival protection of each archive material is done according to specific circumstances and conditions. Thus these results and achievements, although they have a foothold in principle and the general framework of the profession, have always been facing some specific people and communities. Our Archive is of municipial character, a structure that arises in the territory, serving mostly local customers, but not only them. To determine the position and role of Subotica historical archives in the local and the global internet community, the aim of this work. Chronological framework of themes from 1947. to year 2010., ie since the founding of the institution today. Follow the legal framework within which acted archival profession or a specific archive, regulating the protection of archives or change of status and authority of the institution. Another segment of the processing structure of archives kept and those in emerging and also requires the parties and researchers for the data from it. Determining the relationship between perception and Archive by the local authorities and communities has several levels, starting with material, financial, public and private law, to the degree of recognition or knowledge of the contents of Archives and orientation activities on it. Today's global network of technical capabilities being offered unimagined possibilities and just abolish any closure or restriction. In the light of mutual analysis, troosmernih relations, institutions archive, its users and the government that the founders, we should point out the ways and paths for better positioning in the local community, both in the real and virtual world.

In the article we havetried to present the process of education employees, who work in public administration and ,,professional"Archives in the Republic of Slovenia. With education as well as additional education raises the level of services in performing work, and that everything can be further upgraded. Employees in the archival profession must strive towards the goal, to interest archivist or archivists were more respected and appreciated. Users typically praise us as long as they need us to find them an information, documentation, which is usually related to material goods, and then they quickly forget. Not to mention the story and the situation where the archive worker is unable to give information, because there is simply no material. And thats when usually the story begins that archives are destroying materials, that they refuse to provide the information ... In short users can not or will not understand that the archive can store only the material which came in the archives.

Medical documentation means a set of standardized documents in medicine that have forensic medical significance. The aim of this work is to point out that all problems encountered during the analysis of archival material medical institutions of primary health care covered by the Historic Archives of Novi Sad and some Vojvodinian archives. Work gives a brief definition of the concept of medical documentation, classification and evaluation criteria and highlighted the causes and consequences of the lack of standardized list of categories. IZRADA NAUČNO-INFORMATIVNIH SREDSTAVA U ARHIVIMA VOJVODINE, NJIHOVA DALJNJA OPRAVDANOST I MOGUĆNOST NJIHOVOG UNAPREĐENJA

In his paper the author wants to present the work of archivists in Vojvodina that are working on the processing of archival materials and making scientific information resources on archives. This work archives in the province are doing almost 40 years and during that time they treated dozens of funds, which are qualified as the funds of great importance, published over 100 publications and has been done to hundreds of thousands of analytical description. Only in the Archives of Vojvodina has been done to date over 500,000 analytical descriptions of documents and published over 50 publications. Furthermore, this paper presents the principles for drafting a new methodological guidelines for the treatment of archival material (production of analytical descriptions) and suggested new possibilities for improved and more efficient work on the processing of funds, with the aim of making information resources more efficiently and faster flow of information on archives, which keeps, arrange and process in archives in Vojvodina. Without pretension that sets standards in the work on scientific and information resources, the author advocates and expects of all professionals to their proposals and suggestions include the development of further actions to improve the information and publishing activities of the archive, which might be a topic of a future consultation archival stuff, which should initiate professional associations and registration archives, as holders of professional services.

VREDNOVANJE I KATEGORIZACIJA STVARATELJA ARHIVSKOG I REGISTRATURSKOG GRADIVA NA PODRUČJA DRŽAVNOG ARHIVA U OSIJEKU

Problems of evaluation of archival material and categorization of creators is one of the most complex and most responsible professional issues in the field of archival science. This important business the State Archives in Osijek began to devote significant attention just after the early 80's of 20th Century with passing the Ordinance on choosing and producing current records and the Guidelines on evaluation of current records. On the basis of these acts the first evaluation of registry material was done and proposals as well as categorization of creators was completed. Thanks to these procedures adequate system of protection of archival material has been established. Needs of the profession are ordered in modern time to adopt new documents related to the evaluation process and classified archives of the same creator. So at the level of Republic of Croatia, new Ordinance was enacted at 2002. on the evaluation and selection process and the elimination of spare archival material. The Code is composed of six chapters, and the same evaluation criteria has been established for all archival material, with periods of storage, the process of selection and elimination, and the method of destruction of spare material. This Ordinance is in force and in application and it gives results in terms of valuation and protection of archival material in the area of jurisdiction of the State Archives in Osijek.

ROKOVI ČUVANJA DOKUMENTARNE GRAĐE

The author of the paper presented the basic legal framework for the evaluation of documentary materials in the Republic of Slovenia. He presented the framework legislation with the area to determine limits of storage. Also, he specifically referred to the Guidelines for the scheduling of documentation material of public administration, which is made by Archives of the Republic of Slovenia. As the basis for the scheduling of documentation material he indicated the role of classification plans. In connection with setting the retention period he cited examples of retention period for the material that is archival, permanent, and materials that are kept in cases only for a certain period. Author also noted several examples from practice.

ZAŠTITA ARHIVSKE GRAĐE U NASTAJANJU U REPUBLICI KOSOVO

Archival service in Kosovo, in order to function better while protecting archival material, especially one still in the process of creation has been centralised. Based on a new structure of archive organization a documentation centers have been formed (to collect documents). The new law, currently in power, except public material includes the protection of archival material in possesion of private parties. This material has equal treatment as a private one. The important faxt is that this Law includes protection and preservation of archival material made by international organizations that work in Kosovo like: UNMIK, OSCE, EULEX, etc. There is also a new proposal of adding articles to the Law of organization, systematisation and protection of archival material on electronic mediums (and form). A Statute for official management of electronic documents in being prepared, as well as the one for classical documents. Unique archival system, and adequate archival legislation should form a good basis for better protection and management of Kosovo's archival material. In order to create that an improvement in form of material, cadre and technical ­ technological spheres must be strenghtened Kosovo's archival institutions.

O STRUKTURI I PROFILU KORISNIKA ARHIVSKE GRAĐE U ISTORIJSKOM ARHIVU SUBOTICA (2005.-2008.)

This paper presents the basic characteristics of the importance of archives in Historical Archive of Subotica for users, with particular emphasis on the user's profile. There are two different groups of users: the researchers are those who use archival materials for the needs of science and engineering, and public and private entities which are using archival materials for the purpose of resolving a civil and human rights. All users of archival material may use archival material under the same conditions with respect to the provisions of the legislation. The number of users is increasing each year which requires the ordering of archival funds and collections, providing conditional space, etc.
