In resonance with related perspectives of political philosophy, the figure of the “endangerer”, recently employed as an executive category in Germany’s security policy, will be deciphered in the following, firstly, in the framework of a certain political epistemology, to be localised in its historic-specific context, and, secondly, analysed with respect to the political counter-effects inherent in its rationality.

The precarious situation in Kosovo became evident again by the sudden burst of violoence in March 2004. The influential, yet crossbench political scientist Shkelzen Maliqi, in this interview with Dunja Melcic, denounces the appearance of extremist organisations and individuals. At the same time he points out that nealry all the actors on the political scene of Kosovo are driven by inadequate analysis of the situation. Belgrade, according to him, must not regain a central role in the region after all those wars and nationalist delusion. The process of transfer of power to local authrities has to be reinitiated and stagnation need to find an end.

The different emotional perceptions of reality have created in literature three specific modes: lyric, drama and epic. Epic works correspond more to the prose of life and reflect its presentation in literature, both fictional and aesthetical. It is clamed, that nowadays rage is booming and anger is fashion (Johannes Lehman). Then comes the question how modern authors present these phenomena in their works and how it is perceived. The novel by Daniel Kehlmann “F” (2013) could be seen as a material for the possible explanations of the emotion “anger” in relation to the cultural-historical background of modern time. The examples analyzed indicate that the rage of the protagonists comes from the inadequacy of solving their sexual, intellectual, economic, artistic and religious problems and is mostly named but not described.

We also work on the socio-theoretical “critique” of the so-called ‘methodological nationalism’. The starting point of a new approach is that the main problem is not any nation-building program. In our view, the reasons for the recurring, persistent problems with the issues of a nation its state and neighbours are the majority-principled decision-making and regional segmentation, and the fixed nature of borders. The emerging Balkan phenomenon of “association with a delayed or cancelled accession process” requires a new approach.

Interjections are an essential part of communication. They have their own phonological inventory and fulfil special communicative functions. They put interactional procedures in process. In the past, they used to be treated only as a secondary category, but they received a special position in the new linguistic approach of functional pragmatics. They have an interesting scientific history of development in Arabic too, starting from the Kufa-School of grammar until the modern theories. This paper discusses the interjections as a grammatical category in German and Arabic.

The Syriac patriarchs had a very special relationship with the educational system over the centuries. Therefore, they had a very important role in the teaching process and also in the political background. The school program necessitated a total implication of the katolikos, being related of the life of the Syriac Church. In our study we try to put together this important perspective in the context of the interaction between the Siryac Church, through his katolikos, and the age of Arabs caliphs. Moreover, our interest is focused in the direction of interaction between Greek philosophy, theology and culture and the spiritual context in Bagdad.
