Zasobowe uwarunkowania koopetycji jednostek samorządu terytorialnego – aspekt konkurencyjny
Resource-based view is one of the leading schools of strategic management that focuses on the potential to generate a competitive advantage based on organizational resources. In an era of increasingly variable, complex and uncertain environment organizations, to increase their competitiveness, are forced to seek new sources of gaining competitive advantage. Key resources and competencies are often only available to obtain from direct competitors. It is a prerequisite to the development of new forms of inter-organizational relation – coopetition. This article takes into account the issue of coopetition of local governments. The main aim of the study is to identify and characterize the key resources from the view of local government activities. The article is the result of a thorough review of the literature and its critical analysis.
