Precedent Ideology and Judicial Legitimacy in Slovenia – An Outline

Within the broader framework of the discussion of the potential of judicial precedent for statutory legal systems, this paper focuses on certain sociological aspects of the role a system of judicial precedent can have in the functioning of a judicial system. Proceeding specifically from the Slovenian legal context, the paper outlines the importance of openly and explicitly cultivating a commitment to a system of judicial precedent or unified and settled case-law in legal discourse, on the level of legal culture or ideology. It is argued that acknowledging the manner in which a system of judicial precedent can contribute to the rule of law has the potential to increase public trust and confidence in the judiciary and thus judicial legitimacy.

The experience of international travellers in transfer/transit airports and their perceptions on the quality of service affect their impressions of the airports as well as the countries of the airports. Airports are sometimes the first impression shopfronts of the passengers, weather positive or negative, for the prospect touristic and commercial visits to the relevant countries in the future. Therefore, the assessment of passenger satisfaction levels for airport services is important for airport managers. In this study, Istanbul Atatürk Airport and Dubai International Airport, which are evaluated as three stars by the Skytrax, and two of the major transit/transfer airports, were compared in order to identify the weak and strong characteristics of both airports. The final aim of the study is to reveal the possible measures for the new airport which is going to be open in Istanbul in 2018 as a result of the statistical comparison.

UD EĞİTİMİNDE MIZRAP HAZIRLAMALI SAĞ EL ÇALIM TEKNİĞİ’NİN ETKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR PİLOT ÇALIŞMA

Tecnique is very important at oud education like other instruments. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of right hand playing tecnique with plectrum preparation at oud education. Researcher aimed to develop a technique that can ease playing oud with this study. This study was carried out in the direction of this aim. Action research that is a design of qualitative research method was used. Study sample was constituted with three undergraduate students. It was observed after pilot study that “right hand playing tecnique with plectrum preparation” contributed to students from the standpoint of “playing easily”, “enough voice volume” and “rhythmic consistency”. Also students state positive expressions about MHSEÇT after this study. It’s believed to need more studies which will be planned with more samples.

INVESTIGATION OF BIOGAS PRODUCTION AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES FROM ORGANIC WASTES

In this study, fresh chicken manure (CM1) and fresh cattle manure (CM2) were used for biogas production. CM1: CM2 mass mixing ratios; 5 different reactors were prepared with 1: 0, 1: 1, 2: 1, 1: 2, 0: 1. The total solids (TS) ratio was kept constant at 10 %. The highest biogas production CM1:CM2 occurred in the reactor with a mass ratio of 1:2. The biogas production rate of this reactor was determined as 105. 6 ml/ g TS at room temperature, 198.5 ml / g TS at 39 0C and 235.5 ml/g TS at 55 0C. Anaerobic fermentation process lasted for 125, 91 and 70 days at room temperature, 39 0C temperature and 55 0C respectively.

LOJİSTİK HİZMET KALİTESİNİN MÜŞTERİ SADAKATİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: KAHRAMANMARAŞ İLİNDE BİR ALAN ÇALIŞMASI

Increased globalization and technological advances, competition is increasing rapidly between companies. To have an advantage and increase their market share, companies prefer to focus their core competencies and outsource their support activities as logistics. For this reason, these companies buy logistics services from the other service provider companies, which are called “Third Part Logistics (3PL)”. A 3PL (third-party logistics) provider offers outsourced logistics services, which encompass transportation, warehousing, material handling, facets of procurement and fulfilment activities. 3PL companies perform these activities efficiently, effectively and high quality to gain customer loyalty. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of three subdimensions of service quality (operational, personal and technical quality) on customer loyalty. The study is supported with a field study conducted on the various companies in Kahramanmaraş, which are customers of third part logistics firms. The research data were collected through questionnaires and then statistically analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson product moment correlation and linear regression. After analyzing the research data, there is found a statistically significant relationship between subdimensions of service quality and customer loyalty.

GÖREME TARİHİ MİLLİ PARKI’NIN SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR TURİZM AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

The aim of this research is to evaluate the Goreme Historical National Park in terms of sustainable tourism. In the study, firstly the literature, which is directly related with the research subject and method, was scanned and secondary datas were obtained. In the light of the secondary datas obtained, primary datas were collected by formal interview technique to allow the evaluation of Goreme Historical National Park with the help of SWOT analysis. As a result of the analysis of the datas obtained from the interviews, it is determined that the unique nature of the national park and its historical and cultural values are the most important strengths. The weaknesses of the Goreme Historical National Park are the lack of implementation of audits and decisions due to the fact that different institutions and organizations have a say in the area and that the necessary care is not given despite being protected. The most important opportunities identified are the National Park’s protection status by UNESCO and the incentives provided for tourism investments. Determined threats are; distorted housing, heavy vehicle traffic and mistakes made under the name of alternative tourism (tours with motorcycles, ATV’s and off road vehicles).

In this aspect, the Nasreddin Hodja jokes are among the values of Turkish culture which have been social control and criticism from the past to the present. Nasreddin Hodja's contributions to the field of social criticism should be dealt with separately in the other Turkish tribes of Nasreddin Hodja jokes who criticize the deficiencies of society and want to control social life and control social life. In this respect, the social criticism of the Nasreddin Hodja jokes in the field of Turkmenistan, which has important partnerships with the Nasreddin Hodja jokes, is the main area of interest of this article. The article aims to contribute to the studies conducted on Nasrettin Hoca type as a result of the results of the article which aims to find and evaluate the events, situations and types criticized in the Nasreddin Hodja jokes formed in the region.

According to DPT (Government Planning Organization) Regulation, the Strategic Plans which were prepared by the Universities including of the Mediterrannean Region (9 Govermental, 5 Foundation) were examined by one by and compared with each others. Strategic Plans that were prepared by Universities as a higher education association have been accepted a main source as a pioner of scientific knowledge for other organizations. This study was completed by using the “qualitative design”, amplying “document examining” method, doing “deseriptive analysis” and using “benchmarking technics”. The Chapters of Strategic Plans of these universities were researched as Preparation Studies, Case Studies, View of the Future, Cost Analizing, Follow-up Evaluation acordding to the DPT Quideline as a document analyzing. Appropriatness of the research criterias and deficiences have been mentioned to use at the another studies for the future.

BİR ÜRETİM İŞLETMESİNDE DEMATEL ve TOPSİS YÖNTEMLERİ İLE AR-GE PROJELERİNİN SEÇİMİ

The selection process of R & D projects is a process appropriate to the use of multi-criteria decision making techniques in terms of criteria and alternatives. In this study, the problem of prioritization and selection of 5 R & D projects of a small-scale company is considered as a multi-criteria decision-making model. A total of 16 criteria were identified by decisionmakers as the basis for project evaluations. The first stage of the decision process is the step of determining the strong criteria by the Dematel method. Three different criteria sets were found by running the Dematel Method for different threshold values. In the second stage, 5 decision makers who were competent in evaluating the projects were surveyed. In the last stage, TOPSIS method was used for 3 different set of criteria based on survey data and a prioritized ranking among alternative R & D projects was obtained. The multicriteria decision process has provided multidimensional and objective assessment to decision makers for the selection and prioritization of R & D projects.

BENLİK SAYGISINA FARKLI BİR BAKIŞ: ÖRTÜK BENLİK SAYGISI

The concept of self develops along with all stages of development of an individual. The attitude of the father and all the relatives, who are caring for the mother, is seen as the main factor in the development of the self. The aim of this study is to analyze the concept of self-development, self-image, self-esteem, self-esteem and self-esteem. For this purpose, studies conducted with self-esteem in the literature were examined; different aspects and dimensions of implicit self-esteem are known from the known self-esteem. According to the research findings, it was emphasized that self-esteem and implicit self-esteem are related to the situations encountered in other stages of life starting from childhood. It was emphasized that these factors should be considered when measuring implicit self-esteem through the subconscious dimension and observing its reflection and its implicit self-esteem. According to the obtained information, positive personality image development can be done in school personality services and school guidance and psychological counseling services. Family participation is ensured by cooperating with the school and family and contributing to the healthier development of children.

ULTRASONİK SES DALGASI ÖNİŞLEMİ UYGULANARAK ORGANİK ATIKLARDAN BİYOGAZ ÜRETİMİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Various preptreatment technologies have been developed for the production of biogas from lignocellulosic components. One of these pretreatments is the ultrasonic sound wave. In this study, ultrasonic sound waves were applied to organic materials before the production of biogas by anaerobic fermentation. These organic wastes are corn silage (MS) and cattle manure (SG). First, the optimum mixing ratio of MS and SG for anaerobic fermentation was studied. This ratio is by mass MS: SG; 1: 2. Then, ultrasonic sound wave pretreatment was applied to the organic wastes mixed in this ratio. Ultrasonic sound wave intensity was applied at 20 kHz frequency as 5, 15, 30, 50 and 100 kj / gsolid matter. The maximum biogas production was performed at 375.1 ml biogas / g solid matter in the reactor with 30 kj / gsolid matter of substance.

HARVEY DOĞRUSALLIK TESTİ İLE BİST PİYASA ETKİNLİĞİNİN ANALİZİ

Market efficiency is the most important factor affecting whether or not financial market players gain or lose excessive profits. In the study, BISST-100, whether the index derivation has a linear structure, was examined by Harvey's linearity test. The Harvey linearity test used, in contrast to the other tests, performs linearity analysis without requiring any prerequisites. This increases the strength of the test. Data used in the study consist of weekly observations between 31.01.1997 and 27.01.2017. In the analysis results, linearity BISST-100 was found to be linear. Today, the most effective way to prevent work accidents is to create an effective safety culture at workplaces. Safety culture can be defined as; policies, practices, controls, security improvement processes and beliefs, attitudes and values shared by members of the organization in the organization are the ones that accept security as a priority and an organization as a security for an organization. In a simpler sense, what kind of safety behavior employees show when they see safety and value in an organization and when they are not monitored can be expressed as safety culture. Safety culture is very important for organizations as it has a direct influence on safety performance. In this study, what is the safety culture in the light of the literature and are set forth causes and solutions fail safety culture in Turkey.

Throughout the history, there has been many studies on the playing techniques, many methods has been introduced and applied for comfortable and fast playing, many pieces has been composed for strengthening the pianists themselves and finally today’s technical variety and the difference in choice of sources has been recognised. Although the fundamental requirement for a pianist to be successful is practicing itself, it is equally important to spend that particular practice time in the best possible way. Using the whole body in the correct way during the practice enables the pianist to proceed faster and accurate; arms needs to be comfortable all the way from the back, elbows should support the hands constantly, eyes and ears must coordinate and finally the pianist and the piano itself should appear as a whole in harmony. In this context it is possible to consider the studies as the practice zone of the pianist. The pianist experiences many issues that could turn into a problem in the future while playing and hence when pianist comes across similar passages, they don’t become a big issue. For that reason, the choice of the appropriate study piece, especially at the beginning, is crucial for the pianist’s progress. In this study, Carl Czerny’s early studies (op. 599) has been examined with regard to it’s various features.

TUZGÖLÜ FAYI ve CİVARININ DEPREM RİSKİ

Since the 1960s, there have been important instrumental developments in seismology. Intensive studies are carried out to learn the tectonic earthquakes and their seismic risks. The information obtained from these studies has been important in the development of plate tectonics theory and other plate models. Elastic deformation energy has accumulated in the lithosphere as a result of the long-lasting movements between the plates. The purpose of seismological studies was to determine the faulting of the power system and the geometry of the force system. In this study, it is aimed to determine a time period where an earthquake with destructive and destructive magnitude can be repeated in the region by statistical calculations. This is also an important element of the earthquake risk concept. Faults controlling the seismic activity in the region play an important role in their seismic movements. The aim of the study is to analyze seismic risk in the fault zone and its vicinity by using TFZ seismic activity data. All earthquake data from the instrumental period to the current records were taken. According to the results, although the earthquake in the region is not common, the magnitude of the earthquakes of M≥5 magnitude has been determined. It is expected that the tectonic development of the region will contribute to the determination of deformations and tectonic modeling.

THE EXTENDED MARKETING MIX: THE CASE OF EL CELLER DE CAN ROCA

key success factor in services marketing is the manner in the extended marketing mix is applied. Services, defined as activities offered on the marketplace, are difficult to evaluate from a qualitative point of view, contain only a few tangible components and cannot be stored. Due to specifics related to services such as intangibility, heterogeneity, production-consumption inseparability and perishability, distinctions had to be made so that they would distinguish themselves from products. Thus, the notion of traditional marketing mix (place, price, product, promotion) was adapted for services and specialists introduced the notion of extended marketing mix by adding three new components: people, physical evidence and process. The aim of our paper is to highlight the specifics and analyze the components of the extended marketing mix within the Catalonian business El Celler de Can Roca, the world’s best restaurant in 2015, according to the Michelin Guide. The paper’s research methodology is literature review.
