Summary/Abstract: The Jubilee International Scientific Conference on the "Economic Science, Education and the Real Economy: Development and Interactions in the Digital Age", held on 11 – 12 May 2020, is dedicated to the 100th anniversary оf the University of Economics-Varna. Against the background of the cultural and economic rise from the end of the XIX and the beginning of the XX century, on May 14, 1920 the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Varna decides to open a Higher School of Commerce in the city. This marks the beginning of higher economics education in the country. For the period of its existence the university has trained over 155,000 specialists with successful self-realization in the country and abroad. Today, more than 8,000 Bachelors, Masters and Doctorates from 52 countries study in 27 Bachelor's, 29 Master's and 16 Doctor‟s programs. One hundred years for a Bulgarian university is a remarkable anniversary. Some European universities have a much longer history, but when we give assessments, we must always consider the historical context. From this point of view and within the post-liberation period, 100 years of existence, for a Bulgarian university, is a remarkable achievement. The University of Economics – Varna is one of the oldest universities in Bulgaria and the university is rightly proud of its history. The Jubilee International Scientific Conference is focused on digitalization and all those profound transformations it causes in the economy and society. The theme of the conference has been chosen in the period preceding the outbreak of the global coronary virus pandemic. This is important to note because the current economic situation has changed dramatically. As a result of the state of emergency and the imposed social isolation, the economies all over the world have entered a recession. The business, our social and cultural lives have come to a standstill. The economic crisis that has begun is unprecedented both in its cause and most likely in its scale and scope, and it is currently confronting us with specific economic problems. But we believe in science and medicine, in the human mind and intelligence, and we have no doubt that the epidemic will be brought under control and sooner or later the world will return to normal. Then the fundamental determinants of economic activity shall start to operate, one of which is the ongoing process of digitalization. The present economic situation has confronted us with specific economic problems, but it has also shown in a clear and unequivocal way how important new technologies are in modern life, in particular in the conditions of emergency and social distance. It is in these conditions that all our communication, the opportunity for public institutions to continue with their work, online university and school education, etc. rest on digital technologies today. This conference has also been made possible by modern technology. The crisis, from a certain point of view, has given a new impetus to the digitalization of society. In the context of current events and the explanations given above, the topic of the conference is focused on the long-term development of the economy and society as a whole. The scientific event aroused considerable interest. The conference was attended by 340 scientists, researchers, lecturers, PhD students and students from 23 Bulgarian and 15 foreign universities and research organizations from Germany, Lebanon, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia and Ukraine, as well as representatives of business and various institutions. Plenary reports of the conference have been presented by: Prof. Evgeni Stanimirov PhD - Rector of the University of Economics – Varna, "Quo vadis, education?", Prof. Daniela Bobeva PhD, Institute for Economic Research at BAS, "Costs and Benfits of Euro Adoption in Bulgaria: lessons Learned from the Long Path of Bulgaria to the Euro' Mr. Plamen Rusev PhD, one of the successful alumni of the University of Economics-Varna, Executive Chairman of the Webit Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of Endeavor Bulgaria, addressed the plenary session with a speech on "Bulgaria – a platform for creating global initiatives." The proceedings covers 263 reports, in 4 volumes. The range of problems in the reports is wide, in line with the idea of the scientific forum: to analyze the manifestation of digitalization not only in business and economy, but its social, institutional and legal aspects, as well. A very important part of the conference is the reports that examine the impact of digitalization on education and science.

- Summary/Abstract:Corporate social responsibility regulation tools are being implemented within the key CSR realization areas. This does not mean that companies should strive to cover all CSR topics and areas. Not only is this impossible, but it would also prevent the company from concentrating its efforts on its most important strategic development areas. Of course, some areas of corporate responsibility are equally important in practice for all organizations. For example, responsible behavior towards co-workers and reducing negative environmental impacts, including the organization of green offices. Other CSR policy areas and tools can be extremely important for some organizations, but may be out of date for others. In determining priority directions of CSR, companies should primarily be 28oriented to the specifics of their business. This is important because CSR should organically fit into the strategy, policy, company management system and downplay all business processes. The purpose of the report is to present a viewpoint of the authors, supported by the results described in their analytical reports on company CSR policies in Bulgaria. The thesis is that companies are obliged to look at what they do within its core business from the perspective of CSR and think how they can produce and sell their products with greater benefit to society and the environment. The report systematizes 6 groups of instruments for regulating CSR and describes the directions for their implementation. The examples of good practices of large and medium-sized companies operating in Bulgaria are given.

- Summary/Abstract:The accurate presentation of economic information in an entity's financial statements requires periodic updates of the estimates used. Often the business of insurance companies, pension insurance companies, health funds, banks, investment firms, regulatory institutions and others requires the use of actuarial services. From their calculations the price of the offered products and services for the end user is determined. Actuaries can also be hired as consultants when assessing the risks to the business of a company by offering guidance on how to manage them. Of significant importance are the accounting estimates made in relation to the management's estimates of the entity's expected economic benefits in using the entity's assets. Actuarial and accounting estimates are two different estimates made in connection with the financial statements of enterprises. By comparing and analyzing them, it is possible to answer the question of whether they have characteristics because of which their differentiation can be justified. This study proposes the use of a conceptual apparatus, distinguishing criteria and practical approaches to uniquely define and logically relate relationships and processes associated with the use of accounting estimates and their differentiation from estimates made by actuaries for financial reporting purposes.

- Summary/Abstract:In today's economic environment, digital technologies are changing the way businesses develop and evaluate their business, as well as the way they measure return on investment (ROI). Today, in order for a company to be competitive, with sustainable profits and strong business positions in one or more sectors of the economy, it is crucial to use well-known self-assessment models that lead to organizational excellence. It is essential that all stakeholders are aware of the value of 'knowledge' as an asset to fierce competition. A number of companies in the 21st century have already recognized and appreciated the accumulated knowledge for which they have invested not a small part of their hard-earned equity. Therefore, they are probably already taking action to improve processes based on the valuable knowledge they have gained and the self-assessment experience that is beneficial to the whole company. There are other market actors that have not taken such steps. In this situation, they are probably losing resources to rediscover already known knowledge, wasting unnecessary time overcoming difficulties in their processes, or unsuccessfully absorbing the increasing volumes of new knowledge that is coming in every day. The current development of digital technologies for processing and analyzing information, combined with a process of self-assessment and access to high-speed networks, provides the company with unparalleled opportunities to conquer new markets and strong competitiveness. To achieve this, innovative software systems and processes are developed that are quickly integrated into existing ones and successfully distributed within the company. Thus, having a knowledge management system coupled with periodic self-assessment would lead to effective continuous improvement and sustainable competitiveness.

- Summary/Abstract:Despite the progress in the development of other elements of the marketing mix, price remains a significant variable that influences companies' market performance through consumer decisions. Price automation is predetermined by the need to project an adequate environmentally friendly price that contributes to the sustainable growth of company‘s revenues by maximizing average sales prices of products across markets / segments / consumers. The variety of risks that arise from the specifics of the product, object, entity, etc. in the manufacturing and distribution phase cast doubt on the traditional pricing models that are characterized by relative stability over time and form a base price to the end-users. Taking into account changes in the environment, product, customer interactions and current results will enable companies to design a dynamic price that ensures marketing goals are met. Price automation models in their diverse range of applications and variables can contribute to price relevance and address current business problems such as overstock inventory, incomplete assortment, defective product losses, inadequate market and customer-specific pricing, etc.

- Summary/Abstract:Humanity makes technological breakthroughs to improve its existence, but at some point in time, its creations begin to change everyday life, making it highly dependent on innovation. It is unlikely that the authors of the first computer network would have imagined to what extent and in what areas of application their original idea would develop, but today the existence of modern civilization is relatively unthinkable without the global computer network Internet. The paper examines several indicators of systematic monitoring by the European Commission - the Digital Scoreboard, which represent the importance that the Internet and mobile connectivity have on citizens, and especially with regard to the ability to purchase goods and services through the global network.

- Summary/Abstract:Manpower is among the key production resources for an enterprise‘s business. The question of the effectiveness of its use is topical at all phases and stages of the industrial enterprise‘s development. The effectiveness of manpower use is analyzed and evaluated by means of the productivity of labor. Productivity of labor has direct impact on labor resources-based rate of return – an indicator describing the final effectiveness of manpower use. In its turn, labor resources-based rate of return is a factor that affects labor cost-based rate of return (costs for salaries and employee benefits) – describing the final effectiveness of the costs incurred by the enterprise in terms of manpower functioning. A model for analysis of labor cost-based rate of return is developed through the determined factor modelling method. The indicator labor cost-based rate of return of industrial enterprises is the object of this report, and the subject of this study covers the methodology for analysis of this indicator. It is aimed at proving the practical usefulness of the methodology for analysis of labor cost-based rate of return. The analytical information so obtained enables the industrial enterprise‘s financial management to make reasonable and timely decisions for the management of manpower costs.

- Summary/Abstract:A prototype of a dynamic price optimization model based on current data from individual sales transactions in a B2B context is presented. The purpose of the model is to optimize bid prices (at the level of the request for quotation), considering the quantities requested, the duration of the last purchase, the influence of the reference prices and loss aversion effects. The model is based on logistic regression and allows for expansion and customization by including other controllable non-price factors that presumably influence the purchase decision.

- Summary/Abstract:The primary purpose of this study is to examine bank profiles and bank staff characteristics in Germany and Kyrgyzstan. The secondary objective is to compare the extent to which the banks in Germany and Kyrgyzstan use risk management practices and risk management process variables first within the country cases then between two-country cases. A questionnaire including 3 bank profile, 9 participant characteristics and 36 ordinal closed-ended risk management attitude questions is collected during October 2019-April 2020. After performing AD Normality tests, to test the hypotheses Kruskal-Wallis H test is used. The findings showed that while the banks in Germany are mostly faced with operational risk, the banks in Kyrgyzstan are faced with credit risk. It was also found that the two country banks are efficient in risk management practices and process. However, when two country banks were compared, the banks in Germany are more efficient in risk management activities than the banks in Kyrgyzstan. In the regression analysis, risk monitoring is found to be the most influencing variable (in both countries) to contribute the dependent variable.

- Summary/Abstract:Current paper analyzes large data set of 366 276 Forex deals performed by 287 Bulgarian traders for the period of five years. Data set is provided by one of the largest Bulgarian investment intermediaries. This unique and original research for the Bulgarian Forex traders will use the tools of behavioral finance for to examine the influence of loss aversion bias, endowment effect and loss attention bias on traders decision making under risk and uncertainties and their net results on Forex trading return. Additionally the author will employ interdisciplinary field of neuroeconomics for to explain behavior and decision making of Bulgarian Forex traders. Current research will give additional database for development of behavioral finance and neuroeconomics in Bulgaria

- Summary/Abstract:Competition is one of the main factors influencing strategic, tactical and operational business decisions nowadays. The theory of competitiveness has been developing steadily since the 1980s to the present day, attracting the attention of scientists and experts from around the world. This paper aims to develop and test a model for evaluating the competitive structure of the aviation industry in Bulgaria and to summarize some conclusions about the development of the industry in the country based on the results of the model. It should be noted that the proposed model is based on the popular five forces model of M. Porter, but is further developed and adapted for the Bulgarian aviation industry.

- Summary/Abstract:The worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 also causes disruptions in the supply of construction companies in Bulgaria. Through five interviews with managers from a group of small and medium-sized companies in the sector, an attempt has been made to highlight the current challenges that they need to deal with. The subject of study was selected because of the expectation that this group of companies would be more severely affected by the crisis. The recommendations given are due to the difficulties identified and we believe that they will help the companies adapt to change.

- Summary/Abstract:The purpose of the paper is to represent a methodological approach for conducting an empirical study of factors for improving the labour productivity of operational employees in industrial enterprises. The methods are based on a specifically designed questionnaire for anonymous reply in order to evaluate three groups of influencing factors in two dimensions – their degree of influence and their current status in the company. The subsequent analysis, performed on the next stage, enables outlining of most important influencing factors, on one side, and the best and least developed factors, on the other side. The practical implications of those findings could be found in adjusting the overall corporate policy for organization and management of the production activity of the company, especially if this is tailored with the demographic characteristics of the staff – employees‘ age, gender, educational level and professional experience. The approach is approbated in three furniture production companies from Ruse region (Bulgaria) in 2019. The type of the pilot survey is indicative, but the data is processed quantitively and that allows defining of the main steps in the procedure for elaborating a statistically significant study on that topic in the future.

- Summary/Abstract:The report examines relative efficiency of Bulgarian port operators for 2018 in the adoption to non-parametric data envelopment analysis (DEA). The adoption is output oriented and financial ratios based. The approach gives the opportunity for a port operators efficiency estimate taking into consideration multiple financial ratios and combining them into a single measure of efficiency. The model is solved for each port operator and the relative efficiency of each operator is determined in relation to the another ports. The results shows that the higher is port operator efficiency coefficient in relation to the coefficient to another one, the higher is efficiency of the operator. In conclusion are made suggestions based on DEA to the management for port operators efficiency improvement.

- Summary/Abstract:The aim of this exploratory research is to evaluate the role of information search in the consumer decision models in the context of the Telecommunication sector. A total of 508 customers of Bulgarian telecoms participated in a survey investigating their preferences for the sources of information, when choosing a mobile operator. The results prove that the most valued by the customers information sources are ―Advice from relatives and friends‖ and ―Advice from the shop assistant in the store‖. The female respondents exhibit a stronger preference to receiving advice from the shop assistant compared to men, while male respondents rely more on internet research compared to women. The results of Kruskal-Wallis χ2 test indicate that the age of the customers impacts the respondents‘ evaluation of the importance of ―Advice from the shop assistant‖. The subscription period is having a significant impact on the preferences for three of the sources.

- Summary/Abstract:Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of banks are leaded by different strategies. The main motives for changes in the banks` scale are growth, synergy, and reduction of the level of competition. The main objective of this report is to investigate banking performance before and after consolidations in the sector and to conclude, whether banks are becoming more efficient after mergers or not. For evaluating the banks efficient are observed indicators as ROA, ROE, and NIM in the period before and after M&A in the Bulgarian banking sector. The results show an increase in the efficiency of the large banks in the years after the mergers and decrease for the medium and small banks. From the summarized data can be concluded that the efficiency of the banks in Bulgaria after the merger and acquisition processes is different for various groups of banks. The empirical data partly confirms the hypothesis that banks in Bulgaria are more efficient after mergers and acquisitions and partly rejects it.

- Summary/Abstract:Bank lending is the main financing source for small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, banks consider SME lending riskier than large enterprise. As result the rejection rate of SME loans and interest rates are higher than large enterprises. Thus, access to finance for SMEs is more difficult than large companies.. The purpose of the author is to present the nature of logistic regression and its application in the creation of credit risk assessment models, expressed through the ptobability of default; highlighting the advantages, disadvantages and difficulties of building a model through logistic regression and testing it; study of existing logistic regression models with a view to the future construction and adaptation of such a model, taking into account the peculiarities of SME financing in Bulgaria.

- Summary/Abstract:The authors of the study prove the necessity for issuing an urban strategy for the development of the territory of the country as a necessary document for the government of this field. A logical connection is made, and an interrelation is determined among demographic, economic and urban strategies for the thorough social-economic development of our country. The study concludes that the urban strategy can become a basis for updating the National Concept for Spatial Development. A proposition is made for the realization of a new administrative-territorial structuring of the country, based on the documents of the EU regarding regionalism. The authors consider that the regional development is a basis for the effective utilization of the urban strategy.

- Summary/Abstract:Regional development focuses on the operation of different mechanisms and instruments in order to implement different structural and sectoral policies of the state in the same territory. The established regulatory environment regulates public relations related to the implementation of regional development policy. Strategic regional planning is the tool through which successful coordination and integration of sectoral and structural policies applied in the regions of the country can be achieved. The report analyses changes in the specialized legal framework aimed at better focusing policy objectives and improving the structural and conceptual elements of strategic documents. Traditional research approaches and methods are integrated in the study: historical chronological approach, structural-functional analysis, expert evaluation, inductive and deductive method.

- Summary/Abstract:The report provides a brief analytical review of the current corporate governance requirements of public enterprises in Bulgaria, introduced by the new Public Enterprises Act. There is a great degree of compliance of the regulatory requirements for good corporate governance in Bulgaria with the standards, included in the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-owned Enterprises. The role of public enterprises is outlined - especially in crisis situations such as the pandemic, due to COVID-19. On the basis of a chronological review, it is found that certain approaches to monitoring and controlling the financial position of state-owned enterprises, especially in times of crisis, are unjustifiably ignored. Some problems in the corporate governance of the public enterprises are outlined and guidelines for their overcoming are indicated.

- Summary/Abstract:The policy of widening the tax power of regional authorities results in optimizing the vertical financial relations in the public sector and increasing the economic efficiency and public welfare. Tax decentralization contributes to the consolidation and expansion of democracy (direct and representative) by applying the principle of subsidiarity and widening citizens‘ participation in the decision-making process. On this basis, through creating conditions for the development of the local economy and improving the quality of the public goods offered, the present paper proves that the revenue independence of municipalities contributes to the preservation of the historical, cultural, religious and ethnic identities of separate groups in the community by corresponding with basic values of modern civilization. Therefore, the object of research in the paper is the policy of tax autonomy, and the possibilities for increasing the efficiency and quality of the public goods offered are defined as its subject.

- Summary/Abstract:The article evaluates the role of the logistics and the freight transport in determining the size and the structure of the transaction costs in export price. The research is mainly based on the Coase´s and Williamson´s theories about the contractual costs being the largest costs in the process of doing the international business. To determine the structure and the size of the transaction costs we applied the managerial model of the hypothetical export price structure based on the Transaction Costs Matrix. The research was based on selected regression analysis, the purpose of which was to evaluate a linkage between the costs to export of 1 TEU container and the quality of the business environment determined by selected indicators from the Global Competitiveness Index. Special analysis was used to identify selected indicators from the mentioned model of the hypothetical export price structure.

- Summary/Abstract:The diversification of the tourism product and exploitation of resources in a way that is not harmful for the local community and which enables the acquisition of new knowledge about local products and culture is particularly important for sustainable development of Croatia. The aim of the paper is to analyse importance and the elements of food autochthonous products placement, as much as to explore the attitudes of local stakeholders towards the possibilities of developing new products forms based on the traditional crafts, what is aslo important for sustainable development and could bring long-term benefits to the tourist destinations. For the purpose of this paper the secondary and primary data have been used. In order to explore the tourists' attitudes towards food autochthonous products empirical research has been carried out in 2017. including the sample of 250 domestic tourists. The other empirical research has been conducted in 2018., also using the method of structured interview and including the sample of 48 respondents, who have been employed in the stakeholders companies. Based on the results of the researches, it is evident that the autochthonous products have significant role from the tourists' point of view. There are few traditional crafts which have been recognized as significant part of cultural heritage and there is an interest in "reviving" them and valorizing for tourism purposes.

- Summary/Abstract:This publication focuses on the challenges faced during the independent financial audit of insurers‘ specific financial statements. It highlights some more important and specified audit procedures performed by the certified public accountants, registered auditors while carrying out independent financial audit of insurers‘ financial statements, aimed at identifying a reliable basis for expressing auditor‘s opinion with regard to the observance of the ―going concern‖ accounting principle. Special attention is paid to the specific business pursued by insurers within high-risk environment, which results in the establishment of specific items of accounting, analysis and independent financial audit. The independent financial audit facilitates adequate management decision-making and achievement of good results by means of skillful planning and pursuit of insurance business, enabling insurers to survive and flourish under market economy conditions, to be financially stable, solvent and to achieve good financial performance, to properly raise, control and invest and spend funds raised by the insurance funds they manage through the contributions of insured and insuring parties. This publication may be used for carrying out different types of financial audit – internal audit carried out by the intracompany management structures of the insurers; independent financial audit carried out by certified public accountants, registered auditors, and external audit carried out by the governmental supervisory, financial and other authorities in terms of insurers‘ business taxation.

- Summary/Abstract:The purpose of this publication is to provide a critical analysis of the applicability of the European Non-Financial Reporting Directive, and in particular of the non-financial disclosure framework applied. The results of the study, based on a literature review of the specialized literature and analysis of currently applicable reporting frameworks, show a wide range of disclosure frameworks used. On this basis, it is concluded that a single framework for non-financial information disclosure is needed, since the use of multiple disclosure frameworks creates prerequisites for the incompatibility of disclosed information on the one hand and enables the formal fulfillment of the requirements of the European Directive on the other.

- Summary/Abstract:The mutual benefit is at the heart of the idea for cooperation between organizations and there are diverse driving forces for it. The report‘s aim is to analyze the motives of the hospital managers for cooperation with other healthcare establishments in the context of the Bulgarian hospital sector. The study was conducted in 2016 among senior managers of 71 hospitals in Bulgaria. Using the survey, the previous experience of hospital managers in the implementation of partnerships, attitudes and motives for cooperation with other organizations is analyzed.The results of the survey indicate that most hospitals participate in some form of partnership with other healthcare establishments. Hospitals cooperate with other hospitals mainly to share necessary resources (medical specialists and equipment) for their medical activities. They tend to have limited cooperation with their direct competitors mainly to exchange staff and have more patients.

- Summary/Abstract:In times of crisis, communication skills are crucial. The purpose of this report is to examine whether there is a link between the possession of a communication skill and the way in which conflicts are managed. For this purpose, 100 people, 50 men and 50 women, in different age groups, with different educational level and position in the management of the company in which they work, were examined and the results obtained were analyzed. The conclusion of the study is that things are strictly individual, but there are several communication skills that can lead to more effective conflict management.

The rapid development of information technologies have created boundless possibilities to carry out work processes effectively in virtual space where team work is performed from a distance. The achievements of virtual teams and their successful operations depend mainly on the way they are managed and the knowledge, skills and experience of their leaders. The specifics of virtual teams and their characteristics, which set them apart from traditional teams, suggest that their leaders need to possess a considerable set of technical and behavioural qualities. - Summary/Abstract:The paper uses publicly available data from stock exchanges of EU member states in the region (Bulgarian, Croatian, etc.) and from stock exchanges in New York, Frankfurt, and Tokyo from the beginning of 2010 until now, representing a sample of more than 2,700 days of trading in equity securities. The research question is: "Do stock prices significantly increase or fall over specific days on the observed stock exchanges"? The second question is: "Do stock prices significantly (not) vary in certain months or days?" The methods used in the paper are the analysis and synthesis of previous research, the expression of standard deviation, and the analysis of theoretical findings to draw conclusions from the deduction method. The research hypothesis is that there is an effect of "Blue Monday" and "The Halloween Effect" on stock exchanges in the region, as well as on major stock exchanges in the world. In other words, the stock market in the region has a herd effect. The results obtained are useful for the experts and the general public because they throw new light on trading on regional stock exchanges as it compares trends on local stock exchanges with trends in developed markets.

The main part of the business activities related to transport and storage, as well as to pricing and sales are undertaken by various external intermediaries. The selection and control of these intermediaries is defined as part of the distribution channel management. The main purpose of this development is to interpret basic theoretical-methodological statements about the nature and possibilities for development and design of distribution channel for new goods on the market, which is verified in a certain Degree in the empirical way, to facilitate the choice of appropriate distribution solutions. In the era of digitalization there exist different effective digital toolsets that give strategic instruments to hoteliers. Using a proper one could turn into powerful means of gaining clients. In the current paper the most popular digital instruments are presented that are applicable in online behavior of hotels with specific target markets and result on successful management policies. - Summary/Abstract:The mining industry is of great importance for the economic development of our country and has a strong environmental impact. All the parties concerned, directly or indirectly affected by their activities would need to receive more useful, transparent and high-quality financial as well as non-financial information. The purpose of this report is to investigate the practices related to the publication of non-financial information of the enterprises with the 10 largest net sales revenues in the industry. The overall conclusion is that the investigated enterprises have practices to disclose non-financial information without being required by current legislation, but there are a number of gaps - the information is concise, descriptive, poorly structured, difficult to compare.

- Summary/Abstract:The definition of "crisis" could be the following statement - any emergency that disturbs employees, respectively society, and leads to instability in the organization, respectively the state. The crisis affects the individual, the organization and society. Crisis management is the process of preparing and responding to an unusual, unstable and complex situation that threatens the strategic goals, reputation or existence of the organization. However, in general the crisis can be seen as a situation that has not been foreseen or the preparation for it is insufficient to cope with the scale of the event. Dynamic times require companies to devote time and resources to prepare themselves for any unexpected event that results from external and internal factors. Otherwise they can be catastrophic not only for the individual company, but also for the society - socially, economically, environmentally.
