- Summary/Abstract:In the current context of educational process this study addresses essential dimensions of socio-cultural theory, which is configured by the constructivist, sociological and interactive dimensions. At the same time we highlight an essential aspect of the theory named "scaffolding", which implies assistance from the teacher during the performance of a task by the student, which the student would not be able to perform individually. Considering the fact that determining the student's current level of competence is crucial, the present research elucidates a number of diagnostic strategies relevant to the entire teaching-learning-assessment process, such as: concept map, self-assessment, E-testing, the project method. The relevance of this study is defined by identifying the role of the teacher in the context of socially mediated learning and emphasizing the importance of improving the student's activity and reducing the active participation of the teacher, so that the student becomes the central figure in his training, assuming responsibility, through dialogue and collaboration between a student and a teacher.

- Keywords:education; bureaucracy; assessment; quality;
- Summary/Abstract:We are captive to an image of the school projected onto an alarmist background. In the rush for ratings, deontological principles, impartiality and minimum decency are abolished by the media. Another part of the sensation hunters is represented by those for whom school must offer the highest standards just like a jukebox lured by a bill. Unfortunately, it is an institution that, in the mentality of many people, must function alone and quickly, as if what it “produces” (and for some it produces nothing) is for itself without any connection to society. The issues that this paper tries to present, with an analysis that is far from exhaustive and indisputable, are: the professional quality of teaching staff, the bureaucracy, the teacher-student relationship (in the context of the students’ and parents’ new rights) and the evaluation of the latter, all of them creating a template that risks deconstructing what is essential in education: the formation of a free and responsible personality.

- Keywords:rural education; small schools; multigrade; differentiated learning; classroom management;
- Summary/Abstract:Multigrade schooling is determined by geographic, demographic, social and economic factors. The phenomenon of the migration of the young population from rural to urban areas is also increasingly intense. All these factors determine the decrease of the school population in the respective areas and, implicitly, the organization and operation of multigrade classes. Two, three, four or even five classes are grouped in the same classroom, under the guidance of a single teacher. This article presents a SWOT analysis of multigrade schooling in different education systems around the world, based on 30 studies about this topic. The examined studies were published in specialized journals between 2013-2023 and are based on quantitative and qualitative methods, applied to both teachers and students involved in the didactic process carried out in the multigrade classes. Although the weaknesses and the threats determine the negative attitude of many teachers towards multigrade schooling, they can be decrease through positive aspects identified as strengths and opportunities, supported by both cognitive and noncognitive efects (emotional, social) on students.

- Keywords:Orthodox spirituality; biblical foundation; holiness of life; spiritual ascent; Holy Scripture;
- Summary/Abstract:The present study aims to introduce the identification of scriptural foundations of Orthodox spirituality, given the indestructible relationship between the life of the believer and the Word of Life. Spirituality, understood in the Old Testament as the sanctification of life through the strict fulfillment of the Law in its letter, has acquired new meanings in the New Testament through the Revelation fully transmitted by the Son of God made Man. One’s spiritual ascent to the likeness of God involves a journey that begins with the recognition of sinfulness and the desire to renounce everything that can lead away from life in Christ. The work of grace helps the Christian to stay on this path and to grow in love, associated in the New Testament with the term “purification”, which also signifies a growth in the knowledge of God and in love. This ascent is a lifelong process, but it takes on value in the measure in which man realises his value as a being called to become “God by grace”. Orthodox spirituality, understood as life in Christ, is a spirituality of communion, which has its source in the text of the Holy Scripture, inspiring concepts such as “love”, “fulfillment” and “holiness”.

- Summary/Abstract:Educational games are essential tools in preparing preschool children for school, supporting cognitive, socio-emotional, and psychomotor skill development (Malone et al., 2006; Anita, 2004). This study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of using educational games to enhance school readiness, highlighting structured play as a bridge between home learning and the formal school environment. Research shows that children exposed to well-planned educational games demonstrate better adaptability and academic readiness. Through a structured experimental study involving 5-6-year-olds, significant improvements were observed in attention, memory, language skills, self-regulation, and social interactions among children engaged in game-based learning compared to traditional methods (Domitrovich et al., 2012; Guhn et al., 2016). These findings underscore the need for integrating educational games into early childhood curricula. Not only do they help children approach school with a positive attitude, but they also cultivate adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, vital for lifelong learning. Ultimately, game-based learning is recommended as a fundamental component in early education systems worldwide

- Summary/Abstract:Thinking is an essential cognitive psychic process involved in the psycho- physiological perception of the violinist. For this reason, the art of playing the violin relies heavily on aspects related to tactile sensations, configurations and mental representations of muscle or motor memory. In this way, the performer can be aware of the position of the notes on the instrument, their duration or intensity, the timbre or quality of the sounds, etc. Anticipatory thinking does not only refer to the visual reception of the notes in the score, but also to the auditory representation of the configurations of pitch, duration or timbre that they represent, a phenomenon that will cause the violinist to make the appropriate execution and interpretation movements. In order to achieve optimal intonation on the violin, we must consider all the aspects, which naturally depend on each other, such as: the development of the musical sense, the education and training of the auditory sense, the coordination and synchronization of the auditory activity with the movements instrumental, the formation and correction of motor skills according to previously stimulated auditory perceptions.

Which are the benefits and which are the weaknesses of the educational system the pandemic has shown? What changes will remain in education after the Covid pandemic? Did these changes generate progress, stagnation or regression in the educational system? These are some of the questions we set out to answer.

- Summary/Abstract:This paper delves into the essence, significance, and educational practices in Islam, beginning with a foundational understanding of the terms Islam and Muslim. Rooted in the concepts of submission and devotion to Allah, Islamic education is portrayed as a spiritual and intellectual pursuit aimed at developing the moral and faith-based character of individuals and promoting social harmony. The significance of education in Islam is highlighted by the Quranic emphasis on knowledge, as reflected in the first revealed word, “IQRA”; (read). This underscores the centrality of learning in leading a life that aligns with divine principles. Islamic education is seen not only as a means of religious instruction but also as a comprehensive system for nurturing both the mind and spirit. The study outlines two primary approaches to education: the conventional, often secular, model, and the Islamic approach, which integrates religious values into all aspects of life. Islamic education seeks to cultivate both intellect and humanity, fostering a holistic development of the individual. Additionally, key concepts such as T’alim, Tarbiyah, and Ta’dib are explored, emphasizing their roles in shaping the ethical and spiritual dimensions of learners. By drawing on traditional Islamic teachings and modern perspectives, this paper aims to bridge the understanding of Islamic education for educators, learners, and scholars alike, providing insights into its profound impact on individual and societal development.

As interactive methods gain increasing traction, they represent an alternative to traditional teaching that benefits both students and teachers equally. It is increasingly recognized today that schools need to undergo a radical change to provide students with the opportunity to acquire constructive social experience based on cooperation and collaboration in solving real-life problems. Purpose of the Research: To highlight the impact of interactive methods on enhancing the quality of students' learning in chemistry. Research objectives: (1) Determining the role of interactive methods in the educational process in chemistry; (2) Designing teaching tasks in chemistry with the implementation of interactive methods to contribute to improving the quality of the educational process; (3) Identifying the role of interactive methods in enhancing the quality of the educational process in chemistry. Research hypothesis: It consists of determining the impact of interactive methods and techniques on the effectiveness of learning and the improvement of the educational process in chemistry. The interactive methods that I have implemented and propose in this paper are just a part of those that contribute to enhancing the quality of the educational process in chemistry lessons and facilitate interactive learning. These methods allow students to learn more easily, solve various creative problem situations, and transform the teacher into a true facilitator of learning, which is crucial for effective learning.
