- Summary/Abstract:Exista mai multe impedimente in învățarea unei limbi care ar putea fi clasificate in lingvistice si extralingvistice. Memorarea cuvintelor noi, in special, a idioamelor, verbelor complexe in limba engleza este deseori o provocare pentru studenți datorită multitudinii și varietății lor. În ciuda faptului că engleza este o limbă universală, studenților le este încă dificil să o înțeleagă și să o învețe. Eriksson (2007) consideră că motivul din spatele acestei dificultăți este acela că limba engleză este predată de multe ori în mod izolat de cultură și nu există un context cultural care să poată fi explicat în timpul învățării limbii. Pe de altă parte această idee este nu este susținută de toți și anume de cei care consideră ca engleza este o lingua franca și, prin urmare, nu este conectată la o cultură specifică.

- Summary/Abstract:The article describes the theoretical pedagogical dimensions of teaching foreign languages in the era of globalization and the "birth" of a global language. The teaching of foreign languages in secondary and higher educational institutions cannot remain traditional; we are witnessing a transformation of the whole education system, including language education. At the present stage of development of society, the process of intercultural communication takes on new forms: it is widely used by a variety of electronic means of communication - e-mail, Skype, voice and video communication, educational platforms, social services etc.

- Summary/Abstract:Every language bearer is a rotten culture, so the lingual expression in communication is an expression of national culture. Language serves culture, but it does not determine it. For translators, representing the stereotype of a nation for another culture is an extremely difficult task. The author focuses on the problems that arise during the translation of cultural specific elements (CIS) from English into Romanian or Russian. The aim of this study is to describe the different areas of cultural knowledge that contribute to the competence of the translator.

Utilizate pe larg în articol,metodele propuse de Liaw și Kang au demonstrat că cursanții care învață limbaengleză au nevoie de o varietate de experiențe lingvistice. Mai mult, credem cătehnologia inovatoare, împreună cu cunoștințele informatice, pot juca un rolesențial în furnizarea studenților cu cunoștințe lingvistice necesare, accentul fiindpus pe modul în care TIC-urile pot fi un instrument suplimentar de predare a limbiiengleze.

- Summary/Abstract:The present approach presents a synthesis of ideas concerning a group of German suffixes whose affixation to the adjective, substantive or verbal root of an adjective often implies differences in meaning. Starting from the elucidation of the etymology of each suffix analyzed in the article, both the ways of forming adjectives with these suffixes and the influence of their semantics on the meaning of adjectives are discussed.

- Summary/Abstract:This paper attempts to draw the key aspects of the widely scattered litterature by unifiyng some of the disparate threads of language policy and planning, to clarify the origins and history of language policy and planning over the recent past, to point to various trends that have emerged, and to explore the possibilities of moving toward the development of an adequate theory of language policy and language planning. The article focuses on initial concepts in language policy and planning and provides an introduction to the field from an interdisciplinary perspective, discussing the concepts, terminology and frameworks used to analyse and describe modern language planning situations.

- Summary/Abstract:Digital platforms equipped with educational software are more and more numerous in the teaching-learning system because they allow the efficient use of material resources. They become an integral component of the instructional-educational process. At the same time, the use of platforms and the involvement of pupils / students in online collaboration projects bring a note of innovation to the German language class. Pupils and / or students are motivated to become more actively involved in their training by participating in joint digital projects with language teachers. Because the 5G generation of pupils and students is accustomed to working on computers, phones, tablets, etc., German language teachers can take advantage of this ability to get them to use this educational skill to diversify their German language activities. At the same time, teachers find support in the digital platforms proposed in the article for making pedagogical worksheets or creative suggestions for a more attractive German language class

- Summary/Abstract:The article aims to define the role of teaching vocabulary at the secondary level. Methodists say that teaching vocabulary is an important element in developing and strengthening students' speaking skills. Vocabulary enrichment is very important for cultivating students' ways of expressing themselves and is done systematically in English language lessons. But this is not just about noticing or learning new words. It is shown that in order to achieve the cognitive finality of the new lexical units, they must be explained and used in the right context. It is obvious that a rich vocabulary contributes to effective communication in different situations. But at the same time, we should not forget that vocabulary is taught along with other important components, such as grammar, spelling, and pronunciation.The article also reflects the views of well-known linguists on the role of vocabulary in language acquisition, its aspects and classification, as well as the stages of vocabulary acquisition at secondary school

It distinguishes him from the surrounding family members - father, mother, as well as in informal communication and in everyday life. Personal German names have a long history, rooted in antiquity. Some ancient Germanic names survived only in historical chronicles and mythopoetic works, others underwent fundamental changes and lost their original meaning, others were borrowed from various sources and gradually transformed. Currently, interest in onomastics has increased significantly. It manifests itself in the appearance of all kinds of books devoted to the secrets of estates.

Profesorii consideramultilingvismul ca un instrument pozitiv,poate chiar si un avantaj,desi acestiaconsidera ca multilingvismul beneficiaza din studierea limbilor straine. Abilitateade a fi multilingv nu este neaparat un avantaj pentru student.Profesorii cerrecurgerea la multilingvism ,adica utilizarea cunostintelor posedate in limbaengleza [L2] atunci cand se preda limba a 3 [L3].Oeicum profesorii rareori sefocuseaza asupra transferului acestor strategii de invatare deoarece acestia credca studierea L3 este complet diferita de studierea L2.,care este engleza.Carezultat,profesorii de limba straina cred ca colaborarea dintre limbi ar putea sporistudierea limbilor straine de catre student.Din pacate nu exista o astfel decolaborare la moment.

Acest lucru se realizează prinutilizarea diferitelor instrumente, cum ar fi instrumentele de prezentareelectronică, chat online, conferințe , e-mail și resurse bazate pe web. Utilizarea decătre profesor a instrumentelor trebuie să promoveze o experiență de învățareinteractivă pentru ca studentul să aibă succes. In invatamântul online,interacțiunea poate fi asincronă sau sincronă. Un profesor de succes trebuie săstabilească care dintre aceste instrumente și ce tip de sincronizare vor fi cele maieficiente pentru un anumit grup de studenți la un anumit curs, pentru a promovaînvățarea maximă.
